She met us there, and then some. She took the time to source the perfect details, from a duck vase (a nod to my spouse, nicknamed “Ducky”) to vintage Cape Cod vessels, and even mailed us old postcards of our wedding location, which, of course, we used for our table numbers. She surprised us by placing our high-top bouquets in Narragansett beer cans (my spouse’s go-to drink) and collaborated with us on a lobster trap altar — sourcing real traps and buoys from a retired fisherman she found on Facebook Marketplace. Flawless logistics and professionalism: Working with N&V was completely stress free because Naomi and her team are true professionals. She was respectful of our budget, had a clear, well-structured contract, and payment through her professional portal was incredibly easy. Everything was delivered, set-up, and cleaned up flawlessly and on-time. Importantly, if there were any issues day-of, we didn’t hear about it or take on any of that stress (though with her careful planning, I bet there weren’t any fires to put out!) While these sound like boring logistics, all of this professional preparation on N&V’s part saved us a ton of time and stress wedding planning.
