“We hired Glad Mouf to cater our holiday party, serving 100 guests.From start to finish, their team was professional, organized, and accommodating. The booking process was seamless, and he worked with us to create a custom menu that fit our theme. We chose a mix of passed appetizers, and a plated dinner. The oxtails and were incredibly tender, and the brisket was a huge hit! On the day of the event, the catering team arrived early, set up beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Not only was the food delicious,the pricing was fair for the quality, and there were no unexpected costs.
