“Food was one of the things I cared most about getting right for our wedding. I love to cook, and for me, cooking for family and friends has always been one of the ways I show people I love them. There's something special about putting time, thought, and care into a meal and getting to share it with the people who matter most. So when it came to choosing our caterer, the food had to be more than just good. It had to mean something. Chef Tessa absolutely delivered. Our tasting was wonderful. Tessa welcomed us into her home, and we got to try so many incredible dishes. Picking our menu turned out to be surprisingly difficult, but not because anything missed the mark. Quite the opposite. We wanted everything. Narrowing down the options was less about deciding what we liked and more about accepting that we couldn't serve the entire menu at our wedding. Every dish felt thoughtful, and you could taste the care that went into it. That's what stood out to me. Great food isn't just about technique or presentation. It's about the little details, the flavors that work together, and the feeling that someone genuinely cares about what they're putting on your plate. After our tasting, we spent the better part of a year looking forward to eating that food again. Specifically, the lemon thyme chicken and the salmon. We talked about those dishes enough that you'd think we were planning a wedding around them. Honestly, we might have been. When the day finally arrived, Chef Tessa delivered on everything we remembered and more. It was exactly what we had hoped for, and having food that good to share with our family and friends made the day that much more special. I know how much love can go into cooking for people, which is probably why I appreciate what Tessa does so much. She doesn't just make food to fill a plate. She creates something worth gathering around. If food matters to you, do yourself a favor and talk to Chef Tessa. Your guests will remember the meal, and there's a good chance you'll spend the next year thinking about it, too.”

“Wedding food sometimes gets a bad reputation, for good reason I suppose. But I can say definitively that Anyae and team cooked the best wedding meal I’ve ever had - I REALLY loved our dinner. Beyond that, out of all of our vendors, they were consistently one of the only ones we didn’t have to stress over. Anyae is consistently responsive (despite my many, many tedious questions), and her flexibility and caring nature truly went above and beyond even our best expectations. Anyae was not just a caterer - she became a confidant and a friend. We found Anyae when we had to fire our original caterer for basically ghosting us and being wishy-washy with poor communication regarding our reception venue’s simple requirements regarding open flame. Anyae stepped in and saved the day, despite a relatively quick turnaround (for weddings at least). We were so impressed with her team’s professionalism and DANG GOOD FOOD. We’d hire them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to all of our friends. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you, Anyae, for everything. You are amazing.”
