Our historic house was built and finished in 1774 and was the home of New Jersey's first elected Governor William Livingston. Snug Harbor’s 86+ acres of manicures gardens and lush landscaping are the perfect setting for outdoor ceremonies and entertaining al fresco. The property features a large tented pavilion, grand ballroom and lower great hall for more intimate gatherings. The Tuscan garden is modeled after the Villa Gamberia in Florence, Italy. The Tuscan Garden features landscaped terraces, formal water elements and topiaries period plantings. The Chinese Scholar Garden is one only two authentic Chinese Scholar Gardens in the United States. The garden features magnificent rockery bamboo foot path, waterfalls & Koi-pond.

Before it became our beloved event venue, the historic Crystal Plaza was originally a residential mansion. The initial Livingston, New Jersey-based residence was built in the late 1800s by famed architect Stanford White, who was responsible for designing the Tiffany building on Fifth Avenue, the original Madison Square Garden complex among other landmark structures. While the restored building has since been reincarnated as one of the leading wedding and event spaces in the tri-state area, it still maintains the feeling of its 19th century grandeur. Our impeccable, white-glove service begins the moment you arrive. Crystal Plaza hosts only one event at a time, ensuring that our dedicated team focuses singularly on you and your every need. Elkins Estate is a 42-acre architecturally rich estate conveniently located outside of Philadelphia, PA. We are currently hosting events in the Elstowe Manor and will soon be opening its next space, the Chelten House. We have 70 overnight accommodations for wedding guests.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Curtis Hall is surrounded by a 45-acre arboretum created by Frederick Law Olmsted, landscape architect for New York City’s Central Park. The “hall” is the original music ballroom of the 1893 Cyrus Curtis estate, "Lyndon". The capacity for dining and dancing is 200. Beyond the handsome wrought-iron entrance gates is a vintage setting of rolling hills, two ponds, an original pergola and 50 varieties of trees. Located in Wyncote, Cheltenham Township, Curtis Hall is just five miles from Center City Philadelphia.

Birchwood Manor has a total of 10 event spaces available. Guests will immediately be greeted by a dramatic spiral staircase in the venue’s lobby. The Jefferson Ballroom is perfect for your reception.
