Events At Maple Lane Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding! Everyone we were in contact with from the initial walkthrough to the booking, leading up to and throughout the day of the wedding did a great job communicating and answering any questions we had. The space is beautiful, functional and has everything you need for the special day. They took care of setting up the reception area and ceremony site just the way we asked, and our day-of coordinator Hunter did a fantastic job taking care of everything. We were also able to have our own choice of outside vendors, which was a big plus since many venues require you to book through them. This venue truly made our wedding day a dream come true.

But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. We got married at the Brightside and it was our dream day! Carli, Sophie, Suzie, and the rest of the staff were so well-prepared, communicative, and helpful at all phases. Their pricing is very fair for the amount of labor they did for us. They are so much more flexible and accommodating than your typical venue. The space is beautiful, even without all the extras. They have tons of great photo spaces. I highly recommend The Brightside!

The indoor/outdoor option was ideal, as we were able to get married surrounded by the beautiful fall foliage on their grounds, and then move the celebration indoors to their cozy, rustic barn venue. Sandy and her team were extremely organized and made sure everything ran smoothly, both the day before and the day of the wedding. We even had the opportunity to do a taste tasting prior to the big day, which gave us confidence that the food and service would be top-notch. With natural rolling meadows, you will be in awe from the moment you pull into the winding driveway viewing the white barn on top of the hill. The lush green grass surrounds the venue with also a 2 acre wild flower field. When couples walk inside, they love the almost 30 foot high ceiling and the 5 aged iron elegant chandeliers. Our couples love the " white distressed shiplap" on the 3 walls and the ceiling, creating a beautiful backdrop for pictures. This blank canvas allows couples to create the look that they desire! Do as little or as much as you'd like. It's flexible enough to make it formal or even rustic if you like! The photo opportunities are endless with the different views on the rolling meadows. Our heated and screened in patio allows us to use this space all year for cocktail hour!

Rosewood manor is the most beautiful venue! It was a perfect location and it was great! Emily was the coordinator we used at the venue and had the set up and tear down option. She went above and beyond for us and made the day so much smoother! The set up and tear down option was the best decision ever and saved us so much stress! Emily became more like a friend throughout the planning process and we are so grateful for her help. She was there to answer all questions, communicate with vendors, and help us with the planning and day of. The management at this venue went above and beyond to accommodate our special circumstances and we are SO thankful for them. We are so happy with Magnolia Estates and Rosewood Manor. The Civic Center was the perfect spot for our wedding reception. They were very easy to work with and the location was great. With an attached hotel, it was perfect for our out of town guests. The pricing was very competitive and we were able to select exactly what we needed to make our special day, perfect. I would recommend anyone getting married in the Lima area to check out the Civic Center for all of their reception needs.

Our barn is over 100 years old and we added on a new barn onto it. Together they can seat up to 200 people for a wedding reception. We have added beautiful bistro lighting so not a lot of additional decorating is needed. You have your choice of 4 different outdoor ceremony sites. A grain bin gazebo on a stamped cement pad with bistro lighting is available to be used as a ceremony site or the setting for cocktail hour / outdoor bar. The bridal party has the admissions barn to use for wedding prep and the room on the back of our new restroom building is where the groomsmen can get ready in.

All of her pricing was transparent and she was thorough with us. The venue offered the history and charm we were looking for at a decent price and Mica gave us the peace of mind by being our day of coordinator. I loved that we were all able to get ready on site and never saw each other until our first look. We also enjoyed that she has a secluded vip area for us right after the ceremony so we could take a few minutes to breathe before the reception. She helped through the decor process and was very timely with communication, especially as we were planning from 500 miles away. We are so grateful for her and her team.
