We loved that Tailgate Gourmet is a self-contained operation, which worked perfectly for our outdoor wedding on a private property that didn't have infrastructure for a professional on-site kitchen setup. The team quickly assessed and adapted to the space we had available, and left no trace they'd even been there by the end of the night.
