St. Johnsbury Distillery

Established in 2017, we started as a distillery and then expanded to include a restaurant and catering services. St. Johnsbury Distillery spirits are distilled right in our facility in beautiful St. Johnsbury, so our bar services are a uniquely Vermont experience. Our president and co-founder is also our amazing head chef and he has spent years crafting a delicious menu that includes some important wedding staples, as well as some unique recipes too. Our restaurant and tasting room serves as a great location for rehearsal dinners, showers, and more intimate weddings too!

As a Vermont-owned and operated business, we know the importance of personal connection. As such, we approach every wedding with the knowledge that each couple is different and has their own dreams for their day. We build relationships with our customers that allow us to really personalize their wedding.     Amazing Wedding Reception Location

    Our wedding reception would not have gone so perfectly without the help of the St. J Distillery staff! Communication was easy and timely. Everyone was a dream to work with and really took a huge amount of stress away for planning and executing our wedding reception. The food for the event was incredible, as so many of our guests pointed out! The bartenders, Brenna and Maia, were fantastica as always! Everyone had an incredible night at our reception and that would not have been possible without the amazing team at the St. Johnsbury Distillery!

    Excellent All Around

    St. Johnsbury Distillery was helpful throughout the planning process. They provided both catering and bar services for our wedding of about 120 people. They were easy to reach, communicative, and knowledgeable. The food was excellent and they offer a great variety of options to accommodate different dietary needs. We received many compliments about the food from guests. We were over the moon with every aspect of this vendor!

We do not have a minimum at this time.
Yes, a tasting for the couple is included in any wedding booking with us! Additional people may join the tasting for a small fee.
We are always happy to be flexible to meet your needs; we want you to feel comfortable and stress-free! We recommend meeting at least once before officially booking, we will touch base at your tasting, and then 1-2 meetings after the tasting. We can also meet virtually or discuss logistics via email if that is easiest for the couple.
We provide dishware for all food catering events. We can also provide standard white tablecloths. Glassware can be rented for a small fee. Any additional rentals, such as personalized linens, will likely need to be rented elsewhere.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 10 months in advance. That being said, if we are available, we are always happy to help a couple planning on a shorter timeline or who might be in a bind.
We serve weddings all over the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We can offer services for any wedding within the state of Vermont, but additional fees might be required for events that are farther away.
Absolutely! We are very passionate about our dietary restriction and allergy-friendly options. We work closely with the couple to ensure that the food meets the needs of all guests.
Yes! For a small, flat fee we can offer cake cutting services.
