Heritage Park is a historic site that is operated by the City of Santa Fe Springs. The City has restored the buildings and grounds of an elegant ranch that prospered here in the late 1800's. The Majestic Downtown is unlike any other wedding venue in Los Angeles. The magic is in the history of the arched windows, in the curve of the marble pillars, in the intricacy of the hand-painted ceiling. We are the venue for the couples who notice the details and want something utterly timeless and one-of-a-kind. We recognize that everyone has different visions of their big day, which is why we are one of the few venues that allows you to bring in all of your own vendors. While we have an excellent in-house caterer, their services are an option, not a requirement. Even the crystals that cascade from the chandeliers are removable, so that we may transition from rustic to glamorous in the span of a couple of hours. The complete freedom to make your vision a reality is what makes us unique.

We are a Top floor penthouse in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The perfect space for gatherings or to celebrate a special event. There is no other space like this. We have packages for you to be able to customize the ceiling to a theme of your choice. We can split the space into two sections or you can buy the full space out. We have 6 restrooms total onsite as well as 2 prep kitchen areas and a spacious balcony. Minimum hourly depends on day of the week or type of event. We run our space in time slots not hourly We require a security team to insure the event runs smoothly. This is a separate cost and depends on the capacity. We charge a $2500 refundable security deposit via email invoice. This amount is returned within 4-5 business days of the event once everything checks out.

Built in 1906, The Huron Substation is a stunning historical landmark originally used to serve downtown’s Yellow Car streetcar system. The Storrier Stearns Japanese Garden was created by Kinzuchi Fujii between 1935 – 1940 for Charles and Ellamae Storrier Stearns. The garden offers numerous possibilities, within a uniquely designed, two acre property. Originally part of a larger private estate, the garden retains its ambiance of secluded serenity. An authentic teahouse is a highlight of the garden, romantically situated overlooking a quiet pond. Winding paths lead to various gathering points and vistas, under spreading sycamores and old oaks. In addition to the garden and teahouse, the property includes a home, now used as a convenient staging, meeting and event space. The garden can accommodate up to 150 guests.
