Justin and Meagan Hitt are a husband/wife catering chef team rooted in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia. Both attended culinary school in Roanoke, Va at Virginia Western Community College and moved on to work at multiple locations including Hotel Roanoke and Primland in Meadows of Dan. Lucian’s Flame is a Neapolitan style Wood-Fired Pizza Trailer. We handcraft artisan pizzas with some of Italy’s finest ingredients such as flour, tomatoes and salt! We also source locally, including herbs, meats, and cheeses. Our personal pizzas are made to order and freshly baked in our Italian made wood-fired pizza oven.
