My philosophy in life is why can’t I eat what I want and still feel good about what I put in my body. In the Spring of 2013, I had a craving, an idea to make myself a crepe, made from only the best ingredients: whole grain wheat, buckwheat, and fresh fruit, topped with a slight indulgence of Nutella. After a few tweaks to make it my own, I had the perfect recipe and the perfect taste!
