Venue 81 Eleven is our newest exclusive venue located in the heart of Brecksville, Ohio. We have a triad of facilities for use. The Main Hall can accomodate up to 300 guests. It's perfect for weddings, large corporate gatherings, and any big occasion. The Small Hall can accomodate up to 100 guests and is perfect for baby showers, wedding showers, small corporate meetings, anniversaries, and birthday parties. The Small Hall can also be used for wedding ceremonies. Our Outdoor Pavilion is the perfect summertime gathering spot. It can accomodate up to 200 guests for picnics, BBQ's, outdoor corporate gatherings, and large family reunions. The Pavilion can also be a beautiful place to get married. When my fiancé Juliet and I, newly engaged, settled into our new life together in Cleveland, Ohio, we decided to create something based off of our passion for good coffee. Taking inspiration from our favorite specialty cafes, we both decided to finally start building our dream, in the form of a coffee cart. We opened for business in May of 2024 and have been doing weekly events ever since! Since then, our goal has been to transition from our weekly market to private events, especially weddings. The Ballroom at Park Lane is a luxury banquet hall in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This upscale venue features iconic columns and a ornate crown molding for an elegant wedding celebration. Couples will find this ballroom eight minutes from the Agora Theater & Ballroom, near Case Western Reserve University. This structure was originally built in 1923. It opened as a luxury hotel and speakeasy for the elite. It changed with the times and, in the 1960s, served as a concert venue that hosted the likes of Bob Dylan and Arlo Guthrie. Today, it hosts weddings as timeless as the building itself.

We can seat up to 44 at tables or 50-60 mix and mingle. Additionally, The CoLab features convenient amenities such as off-street parking, a kitchenette with dishes, cutlery as well as a coffee/tea station, an ADA restroom, a cozy dressing suite, dining tables and chairs, as well as soft furnishings, all provided at no extra charge. We absolutely love providing options for you to host the day, your way!

Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. We host only one event per weekend and give our clients access beginning on Wednesday so they can bring in all their personal touches! We also only require cards and gifts go with them that night and everything else can stay giving you more time to spend with your new spouse! 5. We include a private parking lot and have a huge municipal lot across the street that's available to guests. (If you know of Lakewood, you know parking is a hot commodity)

Scratch Bakery began in 2016, as my passion for baking grew into a full time “job.” I enjoy working with my clients to create the perfect treats for their occasions. My main focus is taste, taste, taste - using quality ingredients and made all from scratch. If something looks wonderful, but doesn’t taste good, I do not use it. Part of the reason I began baking and decorating was due to unmet expectations. I don’t ever want my clients to feel as though they didn’t receive what they were hoping for.
