We are particularly interested in expanding our wedding and shower dessert services to support couples in their special celebrations.

The Ballroom at Park Lane is a luxury banquet hall in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This upscale venue features iconic columns and a ornate crown molding for an elegant wedding celebration. Couples will find this ballroom eight minutes from the Agora Theater & Ballroom, near Case Western Reserve University. This structure was originally built in 1923. It opened as a luxury hotel and speakeasy for the elite. It changed with the times and, in the 1960s, served as a concert venue that hosted the likes of Bob Dylan and Arlo Guthrie. Today, it hosts weddings as timeless as the building itself.

I am one of the lucky ones. I have been so fortunate to be able to turn my passion for photography + videography into a dream job. When I was exposed to the wedding industry after college (any Ohio University alumni out there?!), I INSTANTLY fell in love with capturing those once in a lifetime moments. Our venue spans 900 square feet, allowing you to comfortably host your favorite people, whether you're aiming for simple elegance or a bold, imaginative theme. We can seat up to 44 at tables or 50-60 mix and mingle. Additionally, The CoLab features convenient amenities such as off-street parking, a kitchenette with dishes, cutlery as well as a coffee/tea station, an ADA restroom, a cozy dressing suite, dining tables and chairs, as well as soft furnishings, all provided at no extra charge. Hello! My name is Brett McIntyre, I'm 31 years old and from Cleveland, Ohio. I've been filming for 13+ years now. I grew up filming action sports, specifically dirt bike racing. I have always used filming as a creative outlet to express myself and capture moments in time that I want to remember forever. Over the years I gained a huge interest in wedding films. Some may ask why? For me, that answer is simple. The emotions that can be felt in a wedding film are so unique, happiness, sadness, excitement, etc. This is where Forever With Emotion was created. Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. We host only one event per weekend and give our clients access beginning on Wednesday so they can bring in all their personal touches! We also only require cards and gifts go with them that night and everything else can stay giving you more time to spend with your new spouse! 5. We include a private parking lot and have a huge municipal lot across the street that's available to guests. (If you know of Lakewood, you know parking is a hot commodity)

Scratch Bakery began in 2016, as my passion for baking grew into a full time “job.” I enjoy working with my clients to create the perfect treats for their occasions. My main focus is taste, taste, taste - using quality ingredients and made all from scratch. If something looks wonderful, but doesn’t taste good, I do not use it. Part of the reason I began baking and decorating was due to unmet expectations. I don’t ever want my clients to feel as though they didn’t receive what they were hoping for.
