The Ballroom at Park Lane is a luxury banquet hall in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This upscale venue features iconic columns and a ornate crown molding for an elegant wedding celebration. Couples will find this ballroom eight minutes from the Agora Theater & Ballroom, near Case Western Reserve University. This structure was originally built in 1923. It opened as a luxury hotel and speakeasy for the elite. It changed with the times and, in the 1960s, served as a concert venue that hosted the likes of Bob Dylan and Arlo Guthrie. Today, it hosts weddings as timeless as the building itself.

(Capacity is 2-44 for a seated dinner reception) Located within a thoughtfully restored & curated 1920's building, we offer a picturesque setting with the original tin ceiling, huge picture windows and refinished hardwood floors. Our venue spans 900 square feet, allowing you to comfortably host your favorite people, whether you're aiming for simple elegance or a bold, imaginative theme. We can seat up to 44 at tables or 50-60 mix and mingle. Additionally, The CoLab features convenient amenities such as off-street parking, a kitchenette with dishes, cutlery as well as a coffee/tea station, an ADA restroom, a cozy dressing suite, dining tables and chairs, as well as soft furnishings, all provided at no extra charge. We absolutely love providing options for you to host the day, your way!

Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. We host only one event per weekend and give our clients access beginning on Wednesday so they can bring in all their personal touches! We also only require cards and gifts go with them that night and everything else can stay giving you more time to spend with your new spouse! 5. We include a private parking lot and have a huge municipal lot across the street that's available to guests. (If you know of Lakewood, you know parking is a hot commodity)

We are special event musicians hailing from across the nation but call Cleveland, the Sixth City, our home. Our artists have performed with acts like the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Twenty One Pilots, Michael Bublé, Brendon Urie of Panic! at the Disco, Joan Jett, and Graham Nash. Combined, our orchestral experience spans the country and the world.

Scratch Bakery began in 2016, as my passion for baking grew into a full time “job.” I enjoy working with my clients to create the perfect treats for their occasions. My main focus is taste, taste, taste - using quality ingredients and made all from scratch. If something looks wonderful, but doesn’t taste good, I do not use it. Part of the reason I began baking and decorating was due to unmet expectations. I don’t ever want my clients to feel as though they didn’t receive what they were hoping for.

Seven years in, and I’m still over the moon that I get to do this for a living. I get to spend people’s happiest days of their lives with them and do the honors of documenting the day in an authentic and lovely way that will be treasured for eternity,
