“Timberline Condominiums has been near and dear to my heart for a long time; I have been visiting since I was a kid as my grandparents owned one of the studios. After touring a few local reception areas, Timberline felt like the best fit for what we wanted and our budget, especially compared to other places in Snowmass Village. Even though they were still a little under construction at the time, they did everything they could to make it feel perfect. We had our ceremony at Maroon Bells and shuttled our guests to and from the condos which was convenient for the majority of our guests that were able to stay onsite. Timberline provided our guests that booked through the wedding group with a discount which helped our friends & family. As Timberline was fairly new to weddings and under construction, there were a few things to work out. Responsiveness improved as we got closer to the wedding date and as more things started falling into place. Sara and Chris did an exceptional job on the day-of with setting up the space and with overall coordination to make sure everything was perfect. Dan did a great job with the restaurant management, the bartenders & extra bar outside were great to have, and the food Jason & the kitchen team made was incredible. Our friends and family had several great remarks on the food that it went above and beyond typical wedding meals they have had. Weather cooperated and we were able to have cocktail hour and dancing outside with dinner inside (53 guests). Overall, we were very lucky to get to be one of the first weddings at Timberline & we are super excited to celebrate future anniversaries at The Edge! (Photo cred: Photos By Diandra)”

“We could not have imagined a more perfect place to get married than Viceroy Snowmass. From the moment we started planning, the entire team went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend feel incredibly special and seamless. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, and having the mountains as the backdrop for our wedding made the weekend feel truly magical. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the property was and what an incredible experience they had. What stood out to us most was the level of service. Our wedding weekend involved so many moving pieces, and the Viceroy team handled everything with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. They made us feel taken care of throughout the entire weekend, allowing us to actually relax and enjoy the moments we had been looking forward to for so long. The food and drinks were wonderful. The venue itself is beautiful enough to speak for itself, but it was the people who truly made our experience unforgettable. We are so grateful to the entire Viceroy Snowmass team for helping bring our vision to life. Our wedding weekend was everything we dreamed it would be, and we could not recommend Viceroy Snowmass more highly to anyone looking for a truly special place to celebrate.”
