The Hideout is a 100-year-old balloon-frame house, built in two days, still here a century later. Hammers pounding in nails faster than the city could tear it down. Built by workers at the end of the 19th Century, run by undocumented bootleggers and gin runners, running numbers, racing horses, making deals, and moving in the make.

Located in the highly desirable West Loop, the V. Red Ribbon Hall is a historic landmark building located in the heart of Eaton Rapids! Dating back to 1878, the building was affiliated with the "Red Ribbon Movement". The interior has recently undergone some refreshing renovations to help bring a modern feel to the historic building. There are three different areas available for utilization: the upstairs, downstairs, and an outside location. The upstairs houses a theater styled hall, a bridal suite, a grooms room, and two restrooms. The theater styled hall consists of a stage lining the back wall and elevated theater style seating along the side walls. The downstairs houses male & female restrooms, a kitchen available for catering, and a reception hall. Round tables and chairs are provided along with their set up and tear down. There is also an outside location available upon request. An individual will be on-site for supervision. It is located in downtown Grand Ledge alongside the Grand River. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Evening and weekend tours can be arranged by special appointment. The Grand Hall on the main level and the Terrace Level with its large outdoor patio area and grounds are available to rent separately or as a single package to fit your needs.

Res-Les Farms is a third generation family owned farm that has evolved many times over the years. We began our journey in 2015 with a dusty gravel pit and vision for a new home. The gem was the stunning 30 acre crystal clear lake. We do require a licensed bartender to serve all alcohol and we also require a one day special event insurance. We have 2 barns, one for the ceremony and the other for receptions. On site bathrooms, dressing rooms, firepit area as well as an outside bar. All tables and chairs are provided as well as wood high back chairs for head table. We also offer many rental items for decoration, centerpieces etc. 120 person capacity. We do require a deposit of $800 to book your date the remainder is structured on a payment plan.
