Through the years we have had the privilege of being a part of beautiful Christmas Memories and have been honored to play a small role in your Weddings, Receptions, & Family Celebrations for over 40 years! The Lodge and Grounds of Williams Tree Farm have come a long way from their original state. We have completely remodeled our building making a log cabin front with a post and beam interior. Almost all of the wood in the building was grown and harvested from our older trees, which makes our Lodge very unique. A beautiful Field Stone Fire place greets you as you walk in. Homemade wooden top tables, field picked grapevine with lights, onsite parking, patio area for lawn games and natural trails throughout the grounds provide you with the perfect private celebration. We are located approximately 12 minutes from Beloit, WI, 25 minutes from Rockford, IL . Both of these amazing Cities have lots of options for your guest to be entertained and accommodations to stay!

The Grand Gallery sits next to the Museum’s exhibitions for easy access to our historical spaces. The Gallery holds up to 140 seated or 200 standing guests! It provides a presentation center, surround sound, and a bar space. It is a great location for anyone looking for a unique space to hold their special event.

The BRIX on the Fox represents two venues. The flagship Two-Sixty, provides ample room for 75-320 guests and the Industria, for 50-200 guests. Both venues overlook the graceful Fox River. Both "The Two-Sixty" and "The Industria" are separate event venues. Each venue is divided into your main reception and bar area, prep kitchen, bridal suite, restrooms and coat check. Its 19th century restored architecture provides a beautiful backdrop for any style of wedding decor, and its completely open floor plan allows you to create your own layout, seating arrangements, and space that tailors to your wedding precisely. Some let the brick walls and custom reclaimed wood tables speak for themselves, while others choose more elaborate approaches. The décor and layout style is up to you! Country Coach House is a beautiful rustic indoor/outdoor Chicago wedding venue, in Burlington, Illinois. 150 person limit. Down home, easy going, laid back, country flair. $4500- $6000. Indoor ceremony or outdoor backyard lawn ceremony. Outdoor area with two patios (one is covered) for cocktails, cigars and firepit. Grass parking. The HarMac Event Space resides in the historic Harper & McIntire building in downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa. ​Completed in 1922, the building was originally a warehouse and shipping facility for Harper & McIntire's industrial hardware. The company also procured their own line of hand-crafted tools, coined "HarMac" - thus, our shared name. Grace Lutheran Church was organized on February 2, 1888, with 18 charter members. It was notable for being the first “English” church, with services in English rather than Swedish, in the Augustana Synod. Connections to Augustana College were strong, and services were held at Augustana’s chapel in the early years of the church.

The Ellwood House Museum is an historic estate that offers three unique rental spaces on ten acres of gardens and grounds. These include the first floor and terraces of elegant Ellcourt, an historic Tudar Revival house built in 1899. It is available from March through mid-November and is our only venue where alcohol service is permissible. Ellcourt has an hourly rate of $350. The grounds also offer a choice of three garden spaces for wedding ceremonies. Garden rentals are available mid-May to mid-October and include an inclement weather backup location in the Hearthside Room of the Visitor Center. The rental rate is a flat fee of $500. The third venue is our more casual space, the Hearthside Room, which includes access to the galleries. It is available March through mid-November, and the rental rate is $75 per hour. All venues are limited to 80 people, and both indoor venues have full kitchens.

In 1976, Hugh and Jody Deery had established themselves as greats in Midwest short track race promoting. With their large plot of land in Loves Park, just miles north of Rockford already housing Rockford Speedway, they asked themselves what's missing? The answer was affordable quality banquet space! Thus the idea for the Forest Hills Banquet was born. Construction began in 1977 and was completed in 1978. The annual Rockford Speedway Banquet was one of the first events held in the newly constructed "Lodge" and we are proud to have played a part in many wonderful celebrations in the years which have followed.

The Camden Centre is conveniently located at 2701 1st Street East (at the corner of the beltway and route 67) in Milan, Illinois in the 90-acre, beautifully landscaped Camden Park. The Camden Centre can be used for a multitude of different events, including, but not limited to, receptions, banquets, business meetings, fundraisers, class reunions, etc.

At the Barn at Brophy Creek, we are a family run business on a fourth generation farm. Running along the edge of Brophy Creek, the farm was purchased in the 1950's by my grandfather who immigrated from Germany and worked the farm as a hired man when he was 18 years old. The next generation took over and my dad began farming the land. My husband and I moved into the farmhouse where we raised our 4 beautiful children. I’ve stayed on this acreage my entire life. It is my history. Eventually, my dad retired and the buildings began to deteriorate. I knew we had to save these historic buildings and share them with the community, so we got creative and dreamed up the wedding and event venue that Brophy Creek is today. Luckily, my husband is able to take the dreams and visions I have in my head and make them reality. In 2015 we began dreaming it up, tearing it apart, and rebuilding - we've put our lives into this space.

We welcome you to Pheasant Valley Barn! The barn is nestled in a scenic valley on the "back farm", away from the daily activities of our dairy operation. The Byrne family started dairy farming in Wisconsin after emigrating from Ireland in the 1870's. In 2003, we decided to renovate our 1890's barn. We added a new metal roof and restored the interior of the barn. To celebrate, we had a barn dance for Duane's parents' 40th anniversary. Thus began "The Party Barn". In the fall of 2018, our son Cory married his fiance, Jenny. It confirmed our idea of starting a barn venue and sharing our barn and farm with others. We have been asked many times, "Why don't you rent out this barn?" We have decided the time is right to diversify our farm and start this event business. We are so happy that we restored our barn. As more and more barns and farms are lost, our barn is preserved and now can be shared with others to create a memorable and special day for your event!
