The venue reminisces of a Georgian dance hall, timelessly classic with its white walls and pillars. It can double as both a ceremony and reception venue; the neutral color palette leaves a blank canvas for any type of lighting and decoration. With a wall of windows, ample natural light will flood into the space, making it a delightful space for a rehearsal luncheon or reception.     Beautiful Space - Great Team

    Eastbank Venue & Lounge was an incredible choice for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was detailed, quick, and easy - they were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and overall value was outstanding. The venue itself is a beautiful, open blank canvas with wonderful historical touches that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. We opted for the full coordinating package, and our coordinator, Courtney, did an amazing job setting everything up and taking it all down for us. Having so much included in the rental, like decor, backdrops, and staff, made planning our wedding so much less stressful. The staff was amazing and super friendly, and our guests absolutely loved the space and the delicious food. We would recommend Eastbank Venue & Lounge to any couple looking for a stunning, stress-free wedding venue.

    Incredible Space Staff

    We were thrilled with our experience at Eastbank Venue & Lounge. From the very beginning, the team was friendly, easy to communicate with, and incredibly knowledgeable and detailed in their responses to our many questions. The venue itself is simply stunning - clean, spacious, bright, and with a wonderfully open and historically modern feel. They included beautiful decor and backdrops in the rental, making it a breeze to design and decorate the space without having to bring in all of that ourselves. The staff was incredible throughout the entire day, from the morning manager to the bar staff - everyone was so great to chat with and get answers from. The day went so smoothly thanks to their top-notch service and attention to detail. We could not recommend Eastbank enough!

There is plenty of parking around the venue + wheelchair friendly space. We are on the street level with zero entry.
Mid November to Mid April is our off-season.
Yes there is a venue rental, but no food or beverage minimums.
Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens. Table decor + backdrops, light lunch + beverage for bridal party. Getting ready areas. All staff including bartenders.
Hours are 9am-11:59pm. With the option to add on additional start time.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 6 months or less from your booked date, we’ll bill you for the remaining venue rental.

No, we hold the liability insurance + liquor license, so all alcohol is done through us.
Yes, there is a parking lot at the end of our building with plenty of street + parking lot spots as well.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Our building is located 8.4 miles or 12 mins away from Cedar Rapids Airport. There are accommodations near the airport that allow for full shuttle service from the hotel to the venue.
No, our venue is fully insured!
