Our facility is open Monday through Friday, with private rentals available on Saturday & Sunday.

Guests at Ironlight transition between indoor and outdoor spaces through sliding glass doors opening onto two separate rooftop terraces. An enclosed glass lobby welcomes guests into the building. Ironlight accommodates guests indoors with the ability to create custom intimate gathering areas within the space. Parking is conveniently located onsite under the building in addition to an area for ridesharing drop-off/pick-up or valet.

Black-owned open floor studio with large windows and original exposed brick. The large windows allow a hefty amount of natural sunlight to fill the room. Good for photo shoots, exercise classes, small banquets, birthday parties, baby showers, launch parties, and meeting space. There is a kitchenette with access to counters and sink however, no refrigerator access will be permitted. Elevator access from the street to allow easy loading and unloading. This is your premier and intimate event studio.

Heceta Head is one of the most beautiful lighthouses in the world! The Lighthouse and Light Keeper’s home are circa 1894. Both are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. From a height of 205 feet above the ocean, its “first order” Fresnel lens, casts it’s beams some 21 miles out to sea. It is the brightest light on the Oregon coast. It is said to be the most photographed lighthouse in the United States. The Light Keeper’s home is perched on a cliff with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean and the beach below. Paths from the Light Keeper’s Home lead both to the beach and to the lighthouse. Housed in a newly renovated 1930's brick schoolhouse, the Chehalem Cultural Center offers an historic authenticity that is rare among today’s modern venues. Fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and Wi-Fi, this flexible venue can accommodate up to 300 guests for a comfortable dining experience.

Located in Portland’s stunning Washington Park, World Forestry Center’s banquet and meeting halls are tucked away in the forest, only 10 minutes from downtown. Built in 1852, the house sits on just under three acres and is surrounded by gardens and farm lands. Our gardens consist of heritage roses, perennial beds, and a large lawn with mature trees. Also included in the village is the Pioneer Mothers Memorial Cabin, an 1850’s one room schoolhouse and the historic Butteville Jail. The grounds of the complex make a charming backdrop for weddings providing a wonderful step back in time.

Holocene is a unique venue for weddings and receptions — a soaring, modern space with a clean, contemporary mood, endless flexibility, a full-range of amenities, and a dedicated staff. The lofty white spaces, big windows, warm wood, and cozy lighting provide a great backdrop — the space looks wonderful with just a few brought flowers, or can harmonize with a more elaborate scheme. The distinct areas of the space let Holocene work perfectly as a combination ceremony and reception venue, in any season. We have a stable of excellent caterers, floral designers, rental companies, DJs, and musicians to recommend, or, you’re very welcome to bring your own. We have a big stage (and amazing sound system), a DJ booth (and gear, and moving lights and video and haze), a photobooth, dressing rooms, a kitchen and gorgeous full bar (with slushies cocktails, great draft beers…) — all included in the rental. Your guests will be blown away as you say your vows on the regal stage of the Elsinore theatre while they watch from classic red velvet theatre seats. While guests mingle during cocktail hour the happy couple will take stunning wedding portraits, a particular favorite is to take whimsical photos in front of the theatre’s marquee. Make your grand entrance to the reception in Harcourt Hall when you walk down the dramatic double staircases.
