From the moment we first reached out to Wallenpaupack Creek Farm, we were impressed by their organized and friendly communication style. The venue itself is truly a hidden gem - a beautifully rustic and relaxing space that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. When unexpected snow hit on our wedding day in April, the staff at Wallenpaupack Creek Farm were right on top of it, making all the necessary accommodations to ensure our ceremony was just as magical indoors. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming, and they rolled with the punches throughout the day. We had the absolute best time at our wedding, and it was definitely made better because of the incredible venue, staff and owners at Wallenpaupack Creek Farm. I wouldn't have changed a thing - our wedding day was absolutely perfect! P.S. - The farm also has cows!!

My husband and I were married at Settlers Inn this October and could not have picked a better venue! The ceremony and reception were held in the undercroft room, which is a beautifully decorated room with a cozy fireplace for guests to enjoy. Our wedding planner, Tammy was amazing and was available for last minute planning calls and quickly responded to emails. The staff at Settlers are very friendly and accommodating. Our guests were very impressed! We could not recommend Settlers more!

We had our wedding on 6-6-26 at Magnolia and I can say it was an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable experience. Firstly, the venue is gorgeous. The wedding space overlooks the confluence of two streams so you hear the sound of babbling water all throughout the resort and it feels so unique and magical to do your vows in such a wonderful display of nature. Second, I must say that the staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect and our guests feel at home. Special shout out to Angela at the front desk who was so accommodating and friendly and all the service staff was kind and helpful. Like any Poconos day the weather can turn on a dime and it did for us going from clear to torrential downpour for cocktail hour but the staff pivoted perfectly and the pavilion kept everyone dry and happy. The rain did lead to a spectacular sunset and while I can't say Magnolia did it I can say that the resort was so beautiful it lead to some of the most spectacular pictures of the night and the resort makes an amazing backdrop. Also the food was incredible, we did both our rehearsal and reception and both nights everything was cooked perfectly (SO to Chef Tom). Finally I need to talk about their wedding coordinator Cheyenne. She goes above and beyond what I was expecting and is just the nicest person. We worked with her for almost 2 years and she always started every call catching up and she truly got to know us personally as we got to know her. Her vendor recommendations were fantastic and on the weekend of the wedding she was there to answer any question and solve any problem. She did this while 6 months pregnant by the way so she's able to handle anything no matter the situation. I can go on and on about how amazing this place is and say that it truly is a gem of venue in the Poconos and made our wedding magical.

Where do we even begin?! North Shore House was a dream come true for our wedding. We only viewed 2 venues, this being the second, because as soon as we saw NSH we felt at home. Location: It felt like we were on vacation and not in New Jersey, it was so serene and special. Grounds were impeccable. Each season brings a different feel, even with a misty day it was striking with the flowers, antique gates, greenery, etc. Every time we visited off season there was some maintenance being done that just goes to show the love that gets put into it. The history behind the grounds was very interesting to us and we made sure to get a picture with their bar (originally imported from Brooklyn). They have beautifully decorated guest rooms with gorgeous bathrooms and a classy feel. They allowed us to pre-pick who would be given what room to avoid any drama. Our corner room was the newlywed suite and had the best view on the grounds, we felt so special! Service: NSH is a family owned business and they bring charm in everything they do. It was a pleasant surprise that throughout the process we met a new family member running different aspects - the kitchen/catering, grounds work, business/sales, etc! Throughout the experience (and especially day of) they would check in to make sure everything was to expectations. No wonder it felt like we were at home. We must call out that our day of coordinator, Samantha, was a literal dream to work with. She was light hearted, flexible, and felt like a friend helping you plan your day (without any of the drama that you might get working with family/friends :) professionalism was top notch). Special thanks to Eric as well that gave us the initial tour and supported our whole experience. Day Of: It was rainy and they waited until last minute to make the call if we would do outdoor ceremony. Thankfully it lightened up and they set up all the chairs within 30 mins of the start time so that the guests would not sit on soaking wet chairs. I loved how they met up with me (the bride) before the ceremony entrance which made me feel special. They had a bridal attendant Diana that was very friendly and brought us food, champagne, etc. Overall we are so happy we chose NSH to have our wedding. Everything had high attention to detail. The bride's father is a musician and has played hundreds of weddings and in general has high expectations - but he was very impressed with the grounds ("Spotless - you can tell they put in a lot of work") and the food ("This was real restaurant food, not wedding food"). Other family members continue to say how special of a wedding it was and how much they loved the historic Inn. It will always hold a special place in our heart - not only for our wedding, but for the first meeting of our parents, we reserved dinner there exactly 1 year from our date and enjoyed the ambiance, food, and service, getting us all so excited for the big day. Highly recommend this idea for other couples so you can picture what it will be like day of and get a different kind of tasting experience! We are very much looking forward to visiting for future anniversaries! Thank you so much again! - Holly & Ryan Hedderich
