His entrepreneurial nature kicked in and he opened his first restaurant in Leominster in 2009. Within five years, he became a full-service Brazilian Steakhouse in 2018. During his career, Rodrigo has served the US Army for 3 years and devoted many hours to his local community. He has a positive nature and dedicated to continued growth as a businessman and individual. Currently a member of the board of Massachusetts Restaurant Association

The Wandering Shuckers Co. is a mobile raw bar based in Sunnyside, Queens, built for weddings across NYC, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, the DMV and New Orleans. Our shuckers wander the room with belt rigs and fresh oysters — no queue, no stationary bottleneck — or set a full raw bar display over ice and seaweed. Packages start at $825.
