Hello! I'm Amanda, born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI. I am a self-taught baker who started baking 10 years ago by starting with cakes and advanced my way up to other baked goods including but not limited to macarons, beautifully decorated sugar cookies and many more. I enjoy every step of the baking process and decorating. It warms my heart to feed others my delicious creations and to hear how much they've enjoyed them.

Black Dog Gelato is a local gelato shop that features Chef driven flavors. A nod to traditional style ice cream, Black Dog takes Chicago Style Gelato to a whole new level. We spin our gelato fresh everyday and are constantly changing flavors with the seasons. Unexpected and wonderful, BDG is truly a delight.

I am a self-taught home baker and proud mother of one. My journey began as a paralegal, but everything changed when I baked and decorated my first cake in 2014 for Ella's 4th birthday. I wanted to create a memorable experience for her party, and little did I know it would ignite a deep passion within me. Soon I found myself baking for friends & family. Before I knew it, I had developed a substantial customer base. Over the years, I have come to realize that baking is a pure and simple expression of love and joy for others. In January 2020, I made the bold decision to follow my passion and pursue my dreams in the world of baking.

We are a small woman & LGBTQ+ owned business in Ravenswood, Chicago. We opened for business on February 1st, 2021. Everything you see here is handmade by us! Nadiya’s Cupcakes is a small business wedding cake bakery with an organic cake design style and a European-inspired cake flavor menu. Your wedding details are the most important ingredients in achieving your ultimate wedding cake vision, and you are part of every step to personalize it. Our cakes come tall and our specialty is buttercream; we do not use fondant. We love using fresh fruit and high quality raw ingredients to produce balanced flavors that have just the right amount of sweetness while retaining their natural, key-note taste; you and your family won't feel guilty going for a second slice, we promise.

Delish Cakes started in 2010 out of Alicia's family home. It quickly outgrew the house and a storefront was born shortly after! Delish Cakes will be 11 years old in August of 2021. Hello and Welcome to The Bun Bar! I’m Savannah, the creator, and brains behind the buns. Before you order our sweet and savory buns for your next event, let me tell you a bit about myself. I was born and raised in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago and a recent grad of the University of Iowa. My love for all things food doesn’t have a starting point, it has always been part of my life. I started The Bun Bar in hopes of sharing my love of baking with others. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing happy customers and bringing people together to enjoy a sweet treat!
