Coming from band background, he was surprised to see how people were moved by “Gasolina”, a reggaeton song. Observing how DJ was controlling the crowd’s energy while enjoying himself, this made him curious about club music genres, besides metal and rock. Tim Boaté and Anthony Ajluni have been playing music together since meeting at the University of Maryland, and have performed at more than 125 events as a duo since 2015.
