“Whipped Bakeshop was wonderful to work with throughout our wedding planning process. We collaborated on a really thoughtful, creative design that reflected our love of travel and our new home city. About three weeks before the wedding, we decided to pare our original design back and simplify a few elements, and they couldn’t have been more accommodating or gracious about the change. The final cake was elegant, intentional, and beautifully executed — it fit the day perfectly and got so many compliments from our guests. The cake itself was soo good and exactly what we hoped for, with the chocolate and red velvet tiers being crowd favorites. About a week before the wedding we started thinking we wouldn’t have enough cake so they added on three cookie cakes, which were incredible and disappeared almost immediately. Their attention to detail, flexibility, and professionalism made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free, and we’re so glad we chose them for such an important part of our wedding.”

“I came to Sarah with a tall order: for our fantasy-themed wedding cake, I was looking for a fully vegan three-tiered cake with a huge dragon as the decoration. Not only did she deliver, she went above and beyond, hand-painting a gorgeous copper dragon in the colors we requested and crafting edible 3D wings that made it look like it was in flight. The cake was truly the centerpiece of the reception dinner. For flavors, we ordered snickerdoodle, cinnamon mocha latte, and chocolate cookies and cream, all of which were delicious. My personal fav was the cinnamon mocha — 10/10 highly recommend. I would love to order more cakes from Sarah for future celebrations!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Gabby and Claudio Cakes! I found Gabby on Zola while planning our 120-person wedding. Though I reached out to other bakers, Gabby stood out with her variety of items, designs, and services. I am an indecisive person, so when I contacted Gabby, we only had a rough idea of what we wanted: a small cake and a dessert table. Gabby’s excellent communication skills helped us find exactly what we didn’t even know we wanted. She took our vague ideas and brought them to life with her creativity. Gabby met with us for a tasting, where we got to try an impressive selection of cake combinations. From what I recall, she offered more choices than any other baker we considered. While we aren’t typically cake people, every single thing we tasted was absolutely delicious. Our wedding was in Ventura County, and Gabby was able to provide delivery from LA. Our wedding started later than usual, and Gabby was flexible with a later delivery time, which was a huge help since our wedding was outdoors—we didn’t want desserts melting before the reception started. Even our coordinator mentioned how great this was since it’s not a standard service. In the end, we ordered around 19 dozen assorted pastries and a small cake for photos. The desserts were such a hit that they were gone almost immediately, and even months later, guests are still talking about how amazing everything was. Some even mentioned being disappointed they didn’t get to try anything because the treats disappeared so quickly. Throughout the whole process, Gabby was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated flawlessly. I truly wish all my vendors were as amazing as her. I highly, highly recommend Gabby, and I’m just waiting for another event to work with her again. Thank you so much, Gabby, for making our day so dreamy!”

“Our daughter was married Sept 2023 and we worked with Yessie for her wedding cake and all the desserts at the dessert table. She was fantastic! Our daughter had a floral 'Alice in Wonderland'-ish wedding and Yessie worked with us making sure she got all the details exactly right for the cake. Our daughter wanted bright floral colors in the desserts with a bit of woodland look. Yessie took all this into consideration and really came thru to execute the look/feel our daughter wanted. Yessie was easy and professional to work with, even coming up with a new macaron flavor that our daughter requested. She was patient with changes and additions. We are in NC, so alot of the planning and design was thru email and messenger and Yessie was always super quick to respond and never let messages sit there for days like some of the vendors. Finally, the look she created was great, but that was nothing compared to the flavors! She knocked every dessert out of the park with her flavors! Everyone commented on how good everything was! She really cares about each person she works with and will go above and behind to make your vision a reality!”

“Valerie at Frosted Swirl Cupcakes was wonderful! She was so accommodating, organized, and her cupcakes are incredible! Her flavor combinations are fantastic. My favorite was the Maple Chocolate Chip Pancake and my wife's was the Peanut Butter Cup, but they were truly all delicious. We chose to do a variety of mini cupcakes for our wedding and our guests LOVED them. We maybe had 5 left over, and that is with us ordering more than recommended. Valerie also worked with us to do a wedding cutting cake and executed our design preference perfectly. She also perfectly handled the delivery, set up of the cupcakes on her displays (would recommend purchasing that option), as well as the pickup of the displays (would also recommend purchasing that option). She was so considerate of our time and space that I couldn't even say thank you! We could not be happier and are so glad we chose Frosted Swirl to be our baker for our wedding. “Lauren is the best! Her process is so seamless which is very helpful with crazy wedding planning. We started with a small cake tasting with a few different flavors, buttercreams, and a filling. We were able to take it to-go and enjoy the cake tasting together at home! We ended up choosing vanilla cake with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream. I sent her an inspo picture of what I was going for as far as cake detailing and floral placement. My wedding cake came out just like the picture! Not only is she detail oriented but her cake is one of the best cakes I’ve ever had!! She truly is amazing and brought my dream wedding cake to life. We wanted a specific flavor for our mini cheesecakes which wasn’t available at our tasting but Juries was able to make it happen for our wedding. Buttrcream took care of everything from set up to clean up which I appreciated as one less thing to worry about. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for delicious desserts!”

We create a custom menu to place on the cake bar that we bring to your event. Each guest then comes up and tells us their favorite combination, we make it and serve it to them in a cute martini glass and off they go to enjoy their very own Caketini Creation. However we do offer a 2 tier cake for the traditional cutting and photos in addition to our Caketini Bar. Let your guests choose the cake they love! Not what's chosen for them!
