Established in 1750 as an English land grant in the picturesque White Mountains of Maine (then the “Massachusetts Bay Colony”), Hardy Farm remained in the same family for ten generations prior to being purchased by Greg and Deborah Link in 2001. After a The Links transformed Hardy Farm into a very special and unique “rustic elegant” venue for weddings and events offering an authentically historic feel, with a distinctly unique ambiance of contemporary yet rustic elegance featuring all of today's modern amenities. Hardy Farm accommodates up to 32 people overnight and the property encompasses 13 acres with beautiful gardens and stone patios, fire pit, the farmhouse, barn, lodge, woodland chapel, and their own 103’ sailcloth tent. Our barn uses centuries - old techniques and traditions of joining heavy timber frames with a mortise and tenon method, supported by wooden pegs and brackets. Using local woodworkers and craftsman bring the true Maine experience to our barn. While building an old style building and incorporating all of today's amenities, such as temperature controlled environment, lighting, plumbing and plenty of parking it makes the perfect place for your venue.

Booking 2026-2027. Restoring this massive 80 foot Barn has been a huge, but rewarding, project. While keeping its past integrity, we renovated it into a modern venue fit for luxury events. The Barn sits on 25 acres and can accommodate up to 225 guests. We have a separate ceremony patio, a lawn ceremony option as well as a cocktail hour veranda. Ceremonies can take place on the patio, the grounds or under the trees or almost anywhere couples would like to on the property. We are an a la cart venue, which means we are a blank slate for you to create the wedding of your dreams. We offer ceremony benches a wooden arbor and a good amount of decor and lighting. There are TWO 5 bedroom houses on the property for rent. These houses are perfect for your wedding parties to stay at, get ready at and enjoy your big weekend all together.
