“First of all my Husband and I wanted our guests to be comfortable and enjoy good food and vibes and Rachel and Phyllis made that happen. They offered great food choices to which we went with food stations... my Aunt is still talking about the mac and cheese station. We tasted quite a few and you can not go wrong with any of them. My Husband is a trained chef and he was so excited about how good everything was. I mean, delicious. In honor of my Dad they also created a ice cream sandwhich station, letting me pick all the choices I wanted. I am so grateful. We got married at The California Botanical Garden in Claremont. We chose our ceremony at the California court yard and our reception at the Lewis family forest pavilion. It was perfect. Rachel and Phyllis let us walk the venue as often as needed/wanted. They worked beautifully with our vendors and our family and friends who were helping with some set up. The whole time Rachel helped me, even when she did not need to. All the way to the point that she held up the back of my dress as we were leaving so it did not get dirty. It ended up raining on my wedding night and the team got all of us covered and my guest were able to sit and be dry and enjoy all the food stations. Miracle workers. In planning they were excellent too, all the colors and different ideas of plates, napkins, etc. They helped me plan it out so well. “My cousin, giving advice to me for my wedding, said, "No one remembers the food at weddings, its just chicken or fish, don't sweat it", and I took that as a challenge. With a sizeable contingent of my family having celiac disease, and being gluten and dairy intolerant myself, I wanted to find a meal that was majority restriction-diet friendly without non-restricted guests noticing. NOMADA's menu was perfect for our crowd - the passed apps, mobile kitchen taco bar, and all the fixings, sides, and beverages were all gluten and dairy free, and no one with celiac got sick. In addition, our venue did not have a kitchen, so their mobile outdoor kitchen set-up meant we had fresh, hot tortillas and tacos, instead of food cooked offside and reheated right before service. It was a smash hit - Guests went back for seconds and thirds. Salsas ranged from mild to medium spiciness, but were all so flavorful they didn't need to be spicier, and the yellow salsa especially was the talk of the night. The service, presentation, taste, and everything was perfect; at least two friends who attended the wedding are planning to use them for future events they were so impressed. The appetizer meatballs - a can't miss.”

“Truly a remarkable experience from start to finish, they operate with such excellence! We have been using Off the Vine Dining for a couple years now. They have done intimate events with us, and some of our larger company events with hundreds of people. Brian has always been extremely helpful curating menus with me, all of the menu offerings are so fantastic that I have always had a problem selecting items. He goes above and beyond with taking in account all of our dietary restrictions that some of our guests have, he has even customized and created some menu items for us. I was so touched at one of our events when Brian overheard one of our guests say they didn't do dairy, and was able to make some small adjustments so that the guest could still enjoy every dish. That's above and beyond! Brian and his team always do a beautiful, professional, and efficient job setting up, serving, and cleaning up. The decor is stunning, they have fresh flowers and everything is presented so wonderfully. On our special day, they made themselves readily available and took care of all of our food needs with care and precision. The chef and her staff came in, set up, and made some of the most memorable and delicious food we have ever had. Nisha's energy is something you would love to have at a wedding after everything is done - you can truly taste the love in the food.
