The Majestic Downtown is unlike any other wedding venue in Los Angeles. The Fonda Theatre's history and character create the perfect setting for all types of events.You are welcomed with your name in lights on the original marquee and walk into a stunning entryway adorned with over a hundred sconces leading you to an ornate bar. The walls are filled with a mural by an established painter Hieronymus Bosch, depicting his masterpiece painting The Garden of Earthly Delights. A checkered dance floor leads you up to a stunning emerald velvet curtain that frames the stage.

NES is a gorgeous raw space and blank canvas for your creative vision with warm natural diffused skylights (8), a private gated closed campus, and additional parking across the street (also used for valet).

Built in 1904, Lombardi House is a fully restored Victorian-style farmhouse in the heart of Hollywood. Surrounded by mature fruit trees and gardens, this 7,000 square foot historic home sits within walking distance to the charming restaurants of Franklin Village, as well as Hollywood studios, theaters, shopping and dining. Our accommodations are modern, spacious and bright and can comfortably sleep up to 28 guests. The entire property is fully gated, enclosed for privacy from the street and offers secure, onsite parking. Original stable and barn refurbished with 35-foot vaulted ceilings is the perfect indoor-outdoor transitional event space.
