The Lodge at Painted Rock is a unique and elegant day-use venue in the Kern River Valley, nestled along the river amidst the oak-clustered foothills of the Sierra Nevada, just an hour from Bakersfield. This 70-acre property offers breathtaking natural settings with stunning mountain and valley views. Amenities include a spectacular timbered lodge with a rock fireplace for indoor events, two scenic patios, a grassy ceremony meadow, a wedding arbor by the lagoon, and a trellised outdoor lounge with a fireplace. Each wedding party enjoys exclusive use of the property, ensuring complete privacy for their special day.

The Main Lodge offers a spectacular great room with mountain and valley views to accommodate indoor meetings, receptions and banquets of up to 150 guests. A fully appointed boardroom is also available for smaller meetings of up to 14. Our spacious grounds can accommodate larger outdoor events up to 250 guests on our many outdoor gardens, decks, patios, and waterside arbor.
