We raise bees, grass-fed beef and free-range pigs and grow tree fruit, berries and vegetables. Historic, breath taking 4 story barn The farm and barn are about 200 years old, and the barn was originally used for cows. Over the years, it has been very well taken care of, so the original beams are still there, in sizes and shapes that you just can't get anymore! The owners are the third generation in their family to take care of the property and are very grateful to be the current stewards. The barn renovations completed in 2020 and it is all ADA compliant and up to code. In the barn, there is a full sound system, 14 chandeliers, a beautiful live edge bar top, two high end composting toilets (the flushing kind!), massive barn blue doors on each end, and a grand entrance staircase. The barn holds up to 200 people and is big enough that you don't have to rent a tent even with tables and chairs, a major benefit and money saver! In the event of rain, you can use the barn as a ceremony and reception space.

Our wedding services and settings are very different from the typical wedding and reception facility. At Arrowhead Acres, you choose the setting -- traditional or rustic. We offer the formal setting of our beautiful Banquet Room, and the informal setting of our gorgeous Chapel-In-The-Pines, Rustic Country Barn Area, and Park Pavilion. Although many of the wedding ceremonies and receptions held at Arrowhead Acres are traditional, we welcome non-traditional wedding themes.

Mountain View Stables sits on 70 private acres in Loudon Our 30 x 80 barn has many floor plan options and can seat up to 80 guests, with additional seating benches throughout, tables and chairs included. 2 beautifully decorated bridal suites, bar, coffee station, fire pit with bistro lighting, fire wood included, pond, brook, maintained pasture to accommodate any size tent (not included) for larger events, yard games, tree swing, antique tractor and more. With our featured Mountain View ceremony site w/ 10 sixteen foot long benches and arbor included, just a few minutes up a scenic gravel road. This property has so much to offer. We are a DIY Venue giving you the freedom to make this space uniquely yours. We welcome outside fully insured vendors and happy to refer preferred vendors as well.
