“Samuels Grande manor experience was amazing. From the huge getting ready rooms that came with complimentary drinks and food. To organizing the mases of people we had. To making sure we were on time for our schedule. To the amazing food. We had a buffet that came with hor dourves, cocktail drinks at the fountain bar, open bar for reception, plated salad, big buffet line, plated desert and a desert table. The food was so good and hot. After our big day we didn't have to pick up our things til a couple days later which was so nice to have the next day to relax. Mark at samuels was a great person to work with and made everything seem so easy. All the staff was great to work with. Highly recommend.”

“When my husband and I started working with the Sheraton, we went through 4 coordinators!!! It was so stressful but when Sarah came to be the final one, she worked very hard to get things done. Her communication was great, her organization was great, she's very professional, and honestly I felt like we were doomed before her. My guests are still raving about my wedding over a month later!! She's so friendly and personable too. She even helped out the day after the wedding to check in and to make sure everything was fine. We really appreciated everything she did for us!!!!”

“We chose the DoubleTree for our wedding reception after having gone to several previous events at their ballroom, and we must admit that this team pulled out all the stops. The team worked perfectly in tandem with us in regards to the menu, custom linens, and allowing us in for a late-night prep. Their team beautifully displayed our wide range of decor in exacting detail. The kitchen not only agreed to our minor request for a flavor substitution on the steak, but also accommodated our request to hold over 500 desserts from a partner bakery for our Viennese Hour. The team (hi Rhea!) even provided a special treat for us in the Bridal Suite. The location along the Niagara River is superb, the venue’s provided uplighting is fantastic, and their list of partner vendors was the perfect springboard to polish off all the little details. All in all, we highly recommend the DoubleTree for any and all banquet & event needs.”
