The Bushnell Event Center is one of the leading venues for hosting weddings, ceremonies, corporate events, holiday parties, showers, and other events in Downtown Springfield, Ohio. Built in 1893, the remarkable venue has led the way in hosting the most elegant events. The Bushnell Building was built in three stages in 1893, 1903, and in1939. The building continues to be renovated internally to meet tenant needs. The Bushnell Building remains of the most impressive original structures to flank the city’s central square. It is a monument not only to the days of booming business in Springfield but also to the civic involvement of one of Ohio’s great leaders.

We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.

Our venue has the beauty and flexibility of a country club, the convenience and quality of a fine hotel, and the creativity of award-winning on-site catering. With our 15-acre campus, there are numerous options to choose for your wedding with our three distinct ballrooms and two outdoor ceremony locations. In addition, all our ballrooms do have the capability to have an indoor ceremony option.

Boasting a downtown vibe with a verdant urban garden, this German Village & Brewery District venue was built in 1873 as a trolley barn for the original Columbus streetcar system. It’s the perfect blend of moody industrial and historic chic. As of October 2023 we are undergoing a refresh that includes sparkling chandeliers and uplighting, a new grand foyer & lounge and of course, the urban garden that allows guests to enjoy the energy of High Street while wrapped in lush greenery and twinkling café lights. The remodel will be complete in June 2024 and we are now accepting bookings! Established in October of 2017, Pretentious is the first brewery in Columbus to specialize exclusively in barrel-aged sour ales. Our extensive knowledge of the symbiotic relationship between beer and wood results in consistent, quality sours. Based in Marion, OH, The Brickyard On Main is a wedding venue that offers a big-city feel on a small town budget. Once home to the likes of Kroger, Bender Liquor Supply, and Spano’s Market, this beautiful building offers historic charm and modern amenities with a splash of elegance. From the second you walk in the door, you fall in love with the exposed rafters, brick walls, original wood floors, and a limestone wall dating back to 1832. From there, you can go through our glass garage door to an incredible enclosed courtyard, complete with string lights, fire feature, and artificial turf. Our bar is fully stocked, and while we could try to describe the aesthetics, words don’t do it justice. Seriously. Check out the pictures. Two private dressing rooms make getting ready fun and easy. And while we don't like to brag, the restrooms here are pretty dope. Again, look at the pictures! We offer a prep kitchen for the licensed caterer of your choice to use!

We offer a clean minimalist space with sparks of time honored details nestled in Merion Village. The former warehouse boasts tall ceilings, original brick and large windows casting a gorgeous glow on the reception space. The Century has adaptable and unique offerings for food and beverage service to make sure your day is as unique and authentic as your love story!

The WACO Aircraft Company was the largest manufacturer of civil aircraft in the 1920's and 30's. We also designed and built the CG4A Glider used in WW II. We have 10 aircraft and memorabilia on display. Depending on the time of year, you could also schedule an open cockpit biplane ride!

Please contact us on our website or email us directly. We first used our barn for our daughter's wedding because she wanted to have her magical day in the barn and backyard she grew up in. During our wedding, guests kept telling us "what a great idea to use this for a wedding". We had our first Big Barn Venue wedding in 2018 and we continued to book more dates throughout the wedding season. Our barn does not have heating or air so we cannot accommodate much farther outside of the months of June - October. Our brides, grooms, family and friends that have visited the barn for a wedding have truly enjoyed the country scenery we offer and also the amount of space the wedding has to use for a reception and ceremony. Photographers love the fields and they enjoy using almost all of the 200 acres for beautiful photos and videos.

We are Carli & Hamilton Dixon, artists and business owners in downtown Dayton for nearly a decade, and residents of downtown for over two decades. The Brightside is located in the 905 E. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue.
