I cannot begin to express how grateful we are to the Intercontiental Hotel for our wedding weekend. The staff from the get-go (parking and bell hops) were so so kind. The front desk staff and managers were so kind. Down to the event staff and the Operations Manager, Brian Parker. They were there for us for anything and everything we needed and treated us as if we were their friends. Our guests and family members even complimented us on how well they were treated by everyone at the hotel. The newly renovated ballroom here is stunning! It was everything we could have ever dreamed of! And we received so many compliments on the food. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a hotel wedding in the city. Awarded Best of Zola
We tied the knot at the Omni Royal Orleans on July 29th, 2023. Let me tell you: there wasn't a detail left out from start to finish. Maggie and the crew were absolutely fantastic! From planning the event space to letting us set up a day early, making sure our brunches were ready, and the OUTSTANDING food and service? Listen, the hardest part of planning this event was making sure we were there on time, and that says a lot. Seriously, book your wedding here and let the Omni Royal Orleans crew take the best care of you!
