“Hands down the best and easiest vendor to work with! I can’t recommend them enough, Elysian Events truly went above and beyond to make our day so special. First and foremost - the food was absolutely delicious. We were so impressed by the amazing menu options, it was very difficult to choose because everything sounded so good! We heard nothing but rave reviews from our guests about how impeccable the food was. We had several guests who were vegan and gluten-free. Elysian Events gave us numerous options on their menu to choose from, and also worked with us to swap ingredients around to be more GF/V friendly - like tortilla chips instead of pita in the hors d'oeuvre or making sure the dressing on the salad was vegan friendly. It was so important for us to provide a delicious meal to our guests with dietary restrictions, Elysian Events made it so easy! Amelia is a rockstar. We were on a tight budget and I did much of the planning and coordinating myself. Amelia walked us through everything and quickly responded to all of our questions, big and small - from catering options, to menu signage, trash, making sure we had a stand for the cake, and more! Elysian Events also went above and beyond to accommodate us with a regional wedding tradition. In my part of Ohio we have a cookie table tradition, where the family makes dozens and dozens of cookies. In my case my mom and Aunt drove about 600 cookies down! Elysian Events not only helped by supplying trays for the cookies, but to tray them and set them out once dinner service was complete. I’m so grateful for how incredibly accommodating they were and how seamless everything was. I can’t recommend them enough!”

“For our wedding we tried to stay away from the whole "wedding industrial complex" and work with real people, who provide real services to normal people. Boucherie, is first and foremost a great restaurant. We did a full restaurant buy out for our rehearsal dinner, and people from NY, Cali, Chalmette and New Orleans were all thoroughly impressed. The same was true of the food the night of the wedding. They crushed it. Sara, was an absolute joy to work with. She's a straight shooter which is I appreciated. Additionally, she went out of her way to make it special, to work with us, and to improve upon what we asked for. Her team the day of was great. Pro Tip: Charcuterie Board was a show stopper!”

Planning an event can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to make sure the food, setup, timing, and overall experience come together the way you imagined. The team at Maison D made the entire process feel so much easier. They listened to what we wanted, communicated with us throughout the process, and were very accommodating when it came to the little details that mattered to us. The food was honestly one of the highlights of the event. Everything tasted fresh, was seasoned really well, and the presentation was beautiful. “I would highly recommend Nole' Events and Mirepoix Catering. Racheal Apken handled every detail beautifully from ordering the cake, cookies, and flowers. The food was delicious and plentiful from the passed Hor Devous to all 4 live food stations, and all the chefs and workers took special precautions for my son's food allergies. The venue was perfect, a beautiful place to have a cocktail party or wedding. Racheal handled all the details to make the party extra special for a beautiful couple. Being the host, all I had to do was show up, greet the guest, and have a great time.”
