My fiancé and I were looking for a rustic wedding venue, not a ballroom, preferably a venue with space to be outside (weather permitting). We visited a few options in the Philly area and fell in love with the John James Audubon Center! The space offers SO many options for an outdoor or indoor ceremony. They host receptions in the pavilion which is open with huge windows and firepits outside! The site is beautiful, and everyone we’ve worked with has been immensely helpful! After officially booking for our October 2024 wedding, we planned to visit with our parents. What was originally intended to be a quick stroll around the grounds turned into an impromptu tour with the venue manage. She answered all of our parents' questions and even brought out photo books of previous weddings for us to flip through together. With the wedding right around the corner now, we could not be more thrilled with our decision and can't wait to be there next month to celebrate our big day!

Shellie and the Hotel Du Pont team are total pros. They were very accommodating throughout the process and were always willing to work with us to make our day as special as possible. The food and drinks were all terrific and the service was exceptional. We were attracted to Hotel Du Pont as a venue because of the opportunity to host a “Wedding Weekend” and not only did we get to pull that off, but Hotel Du Pont made it a better experience than we could have hoped for. The moment I saw Bohemia Overlook, I knew it was the Wedding venue for us. The Venue is affordable and offers a good amount of accommodations that other venues do not and would cost extra even. The little things do matter, it adds up as we all know. The Venue kept in great contact with me and responded to me right away with questions I had through the whole experience and worked with me. Such a beautiful Venue. Was nervous when I found out a new owner took over, but realized quickly I didn’t need to be. The new owners kept up with the same pace of communication and response time and even on our Wedding day they greeted us and made sure everything was going good. We even got a beautiful view of the water on the hill for some wedding photos. My Wife and I enjoy coming here for different events and the wine room when it’s open. This place will forever be a cherished memory and not everyone can say that they can go back to where they got married. So much more to say about this place, but without going on a rant, just know this place is amazing. To even include how beautiful the barn looks upstairs at night, wasn’t expecting that since we usually see it during the day.

We had an excellent experience with JAM Catering. The food was fresh and delicious, and the tasting helped us confidently choose our menu. Our guests were highly impressed with the food quality. Madeline Sader, our event coordinator, was fantastic to work with—fun, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She guided us through the planning process smoothly, always quick to respond and offer helpful suggestions. Her expertise really showed, and she made the entire experience enjoyable. Bellevue Hall is a standout venue with a distinctive charm. The spacious bridal and groom’s suites, along with access to the mansion, grounds, and permanent reception tent, provide ample space and a picturesque setting. It offers the feel of a destination wedding without the need for travel. We could also do several walk-throughs at Bellevue Hall, and JAM Catering’s optional upgrades for linens, tables, and décor were a great way to customize the space. We added fun extras like a BBQ station, a pretzel jar, and a gelato cart, which were big hits with our guests. The staff on the day of the event was excellent. They kept everything running on time, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about the schedule. The service during the event was attentive and efficient, ensuring everything went smoothly for us and our guests. Overall, JAM Catering delivered on both quality and service, and we’re very happy with how everything turned out. We recommend them to anyone looking to elevate their event with great food and professional service.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at The Inn at Leola Village! From start to finish, everything was seamless, and our wedding weekend was more magical than we could have imagined. Stephanie, our day-of coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process, so flexible, and went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had. On the day of, she kept everything running smoothly and allowed us to truly enjoy every moment without stress. The venue itself is stunning. Our guests are still raving about the beautiful floral arrangements and how gorgeous the entire property was. One of the biggest highlights for us was being able to host our entire wedding weekend in one place — rehearsal dinner, welcome party, ceremony, reception, and brunch. Having on-site accommodations was such a huge bonus for us and our guests, and it made the entire weekend feel so relaxed and cohesive. The food was also out of this world. From the hors d’oeuvres to the entrees, every dish was fantastic. And the cake — made on-site at their bakery — was absolutely delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how incredible the food was, which made us so happy. We also loved using their salon and spa for hair and makeup on the wedding day. This was truly the venue of our dreams! From the moment we had our initial tour, Megan was such a pleasure to work with and helped make our wedding dreams a reality. She always quickly responded to any questions we had throughout the process and frequently checked in with us during our many months of planning to ensure we had all of our bases covered. Everyone at the ballroom felt like a good friend the moment you met them -- from the bartenders to our maître d', Savannah, everyone was so friendly and excited to help us celebrate our big day. My husband and I had our Christmas-themed wedding at the Eden on December 10th of 2021, and I can’t sing the praises of the wedding coordinators, concierges, catering and janitorial staff enough. From start to finish we felt genuinely cared for by everyone in the resort...and I know how often they host weddings, but each and every person on the Eden team accommodated us in such a joyful way; as if we were the only wedding in the building. And it felt like they were sincerely happy for us. Which made the day feel really, really special. Madeline and Felicia, our wedding/day-of coordinators, attended to every last detail of the day, making sure that absolutely nothing was missed. They were present, intentional, flexible, and at times even borderline protective of me and my family. And that’s anything a bride could ever ask for. I couldn’t be more grateful. As far as the planning process goes: as a project manager, I very much appreciated the explicit, direct nature of their policies and procedures. After offering me several tours of the venue (MOB was from out of town and MOG wanted to see it on separate occasions) and answering all of my many many questions via phone and email, we had several formal meetings to comb through all the details and make sure we were on the same page. Maddie was able to help me delegate and manage my expectations, especially when it came to who was responsible for what, and even then bent over backwards to help me and my bridal party with day-of tasks. Thanks again to everyone on The Eden Resort & Suites staff. You were such a crucial part of our big day and we appreciate your hard work!

The communication with Springfield Country Club was prompt and clear throughout the entire wedding planning process! The space was timeless and classy, providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. Milton was ready with blankets for the golf cart and always checking in with us in case we needed anything, and Nancy was always delightful and on top of everything that needed to be done. Our best man wasn’t able to attend due to deployment and the co-best man coordinated a video to play during the speech, the process day of was seamless and we are thankful he was able to say some words on our wedding day! Their buffet and dessert bar options were delicious and plentiful.They took good care of our guests who needed vegan, gluten-free options or a kid's meal.One of the highlights of our celebration was a "make your own bouquet" bar for guests. It was an option that Drexelbrook suggested, based on our shower theme. They worked with us to ensure that we could decorate and arrange the space to meet the needs of our event. There is plenty of free parking on site.

First, I want to start off by saying I wrote this entire review and then accidentally deleted it - but I am re-writing the review because I loved the Booking House that much!!!!! My wife and I got married here almost three months ago and we had the most amazing experience. It was the very first wedding venue we toured and we were instantly in love: from the beautiful chandeliers, the large getting ready rooms for both wedding parties, the exposed brick, having the entire venue to yourself, etc - it was stunning and we knew we wanted to get married here! Our main point of contact was Brittany, who was amazing to work with. She was so responsive, had great ideas, and made the whole process so enjoyable and easy. She also provided a list of "suggested vendors" (we booked the majority of their suggested vendors with the exception of hair/makeup, florals, and photography), and their recommendations were 10/10. We also hired the Booking House's bartending team and Day of Coordinating team, which we definitely recommend. Our Day of Coordinator, Aalea, was the absolute best!!! She made sure our drinks were always full, she always had a smile on her face, she hustled around to make sure everything was perfect, packed up everything for us, etc - we literally did not worry about ONE SINGLE THING on our wedding day because we knew we had the best team on our side. Lastly, we had a longer engagement and we were booked at the Booking House for almost 2 years before our wedding. Throughout those 2 years, we went to their Open House and a “signature cocktail” event, which was SO helpful! Not sure if other venues have a “Signature cocktail” event also, but it helped make our day so special as we had unique cocktails on our bar menu. If you're thinking about having your wedding/special event here, pay your deposit and get to planning!!! You won't regret it.

Stokesay Castle is truly a dream venue, not just because of its breathtaking scenery, but because of its incredible staff. When we first toured the venue the manager, Luis, welcomed us like family. He took the time to explain all the packages available and even adjusted his recommendations to match our guest count, and never pushed us toward anything we didn’t need. He also shared helpful budget-friendly tips to make our day even more special and affordable. When we returned a second time for a renovation event, Luis remembered us instantly, greeting us with a big hug and even gave a personal tour, which expressed how much the staff genuinely care about their guests. Later, we had the pleasure of working with the new director, Dara, who went above and beyond to guide us through every step of the wedding-planning process. Whether it was through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings, she made sure we had everything we needed. She was very polite and informative and always had a smile on her face. On our wedding day, she checked in with us multiple times throughout the day to ensure every detail went smooth and perfect. When talking about the food, all I have to say is it was absolutely phenomenal. Stokesay Castle’s menu offered a variety of delicious options, and while we had to narrow down our wedding-day menu, we also got to sample the rest at our rehearsal dinner the night before. Everything we tried was outstanding. The castle building itself is the perfect blend of modern elegance as well as old-time medieval appeal. It has stunning scenery, a beautiful outdoor ceremony area, snd spacious getting-ready rooms for both bride and groom. The gorgeous grand ballroom comfortably accommodated our 112 guests with room to spare, and it was everything we envisioned. Each time I visited Stokesay Castle I fell in love with it all over again, and that’s when I knew it was the place for us.

We love the FI, my husband and I both have amazing childhood memories running around their exhibits. As a wedding venue it was even more amazing! Pepper Hall with candlelit mood and florals added was like a soft classic library from a fairytale, our ceremony in that room felt magical. Our guests loved running through the exhibits during our happy hour, the little ones invited were playing in there most of the night. Last but not least our Franklin Hall reception was breathtaking and so much fun! Tara and the FI team made communication and planning a breeze. Tara especially was the greatest reference for any questions or worries we had. She was positive, so responsive, and had solutions and advice for everything! We are so obsessed with our choice of venue and we highly recommend it to any couple looking for a really unique and special venue!

The Curtis Atrium is a wedding venue unlike any other! The space is huge, right in the heart of the city, and walkable to local hotels and so many historic sites. The room speaks for itself—you need very minimal decor. The high ceilings, stunning floors, and beautiful water fountain make it breathtaking, and the double staircase and balcony create an epic entrance for the reception. Constellation Catering nailed it with the food—our guests couldn’t stop raving about both cocktail hour and dinner, especially the grilled short rib. The staff was also incredible, so pleasant and extremely hardworking. Kumbah, who came on as head of catering during our planning, wasn’t always the most responsive, but she absolutely killed it on the day of the wedding—have trust in her. One tip: make sure to ask for a list of alcohol for the bar or send them exactly what you want ahead of time. Overall, The Curtis Atrium is a dream location for a wedding, and our day was exactly that!

Arch Street Meeting House is a historic wedding venue located in Old City Philadelphia. The land on which Arch Street Meeting House stands was officially deeded to the Quakers in 1701 and used as a burial ground until 1872. The building was constructed in stages from 1803 to 1811 when need arose of a larger meetinghouse in Philadelphia. The site is still an active place of worship in addition to being used as an educational museum space, and was designated a National Historic Landmark in 2011. It is frequently rented for conferences, weddings, dinners, and graduations. The building sits on just shy of 2 acres, and our grounds include both grassy & brick spaces and lots of mature trees. The entire site exudes an overall historic charm.

Arch Street Meeting House proved to be the ideal spot for our wedding. Jenn was an absolute pleasure to work with and made sure she understood exactly what we were looking for and how her team could help bring it to fruition. They allowed us to close the grounds to the public so that our guests could mingle and sip champagne outside in the beautiful weather. All of the guests commented on how tangibly historical the venue was and how they loved the simplicity and timelessness of the ceremony space. (Which looks absolutely stunning in the few preview photos we've gotten back.) Because it was so much more affordable, we also decided to hold our rehearsal dinner there and hired a taco truck to act as the caterers. All in all, I can't recommend ASMH or Jenn and the team more highly!!

My husband and I got married at Cameron Estate Inn on 11/2/24, and we had the most magical day. The grounds and venue are beautiful. We were having a relatively large wedding and loved the idea of our family getting to stay at the Inn. We rented the entire Inn and had the whole place to ourselves for the day. Every staff member we encountered throughout the day of went above and beyond. Multiple guests have told me how nice all the staff were and that they had a wonderful time. Cathi was great to work with throughout wedding planning and even did some last minute magic to make sure it was the most beautiful space I could have ever imagined. Wish the sound system could be a little louder as we had a loud bunch for our guests, but that's a neighbor issue, not a Cameron Estate issue. We had such a blast and can't believe it's over!

From our first meeting with Rachel at King Cole Farm, we knew we were in good hands. Rachel was outstanding throughout the entire process - from our initial visit to the day of the event and even in the days after. She always had a warm smile on her face and took care of anything that came up, no matter how big or small. Rachel put us at ease and made the entire weekend a fabulous experience. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The beautiful scenery where the ceremony took place, the lovely cocktail hour space, and the grand barn doors that the wedding party walked through - it was all an amazing experience. There was plenty of room for the caterer, bar, desserts, late night snacks, and of course, dancing! On the day of the event, we had the pleasure of working with the intern as well. She was so kind, giving rides to the ceremony and back to the cocktail hour and house for our elderly guests. She also helped us with the cleanup at the end of the night. The entire King Cole Farm staff is truly top-notch. I am still getting phone calls, text messages and social media posts that it was the best wedding they have ever attended! I would highly recommend King Cole Farm to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-run wedding venue. We had such a wonderful experience, and I hope to use them again in the future!

I could not have asked for a better place to have my ceremony and reception. The outdoor space is absolutely beautiful and if for whatever reason the weather wasn’t gorgeous the indoor barn space as a plan B for the ceremony was also so stunning. My day of coordinator Dani and Bridal attendant Ashley were both so sweet and wonderful to work with. They were on top of everything so I didn’t have a single worry during our day. I received so many compliments on how professional and attentive the staff was and even more on how great the food tasted. We opted to use the wine cellar for a bourbon tasting and that too was a huge hit! I truly cannot thank all of Knowlton Mansion and their crew enough for helping make our day everything we’ve hoped and dreamed for!
