We have an expansive collection of event spaces including a large, umbrella covered outdoor patio dining area, comfortable lounge, beautiful fountain-facing turf ceremony area, outdoor and indoor bars, intimate private dining room, and large indoor dining room within the brewery. As a brewpub, our focus is our house-made beers, but we also offer a full-liquor bar. In addition to beers and liquor, Bay 13 also holds one of the largest Australian wine lists in the country. At Bay 13, feature a full kitchen offering classic Australian, American and Pacific cuisines including grilled meats, fresh seafood and creative vegetarian options. Our events team at Bay 13 is highly experienced and trained with a point of contact dedicated during the planning process to an on-site coordinator present the day of your event. We are highly responsive and able to answer any questions, suggest vendors, coordinate and confirm all appointments to ensure your event is truly memorable and successful!

Since 2003, Oaks of Devonaire in Arcadia, FL has provided a tranquil setting where horses and cattle graze, butterflies flit through tropical flower-filled gardens, and Spanish moss drapes 200 year-old oak trees. Imagine a red horse barn on 20 beautiful country acres, complete with babbling creek, huge oak trees and tropical gardens. This location is perfect for Weddings or other events. Rustic Elegance at its finest. Includes two 12x12 air-conditioned changing rooms, two handicap accessible restrooms, outdoor dance floor, fire pit, ceremony site with bench seating, and tables and chairs for up to 150 people. $2,800 June-September, and $3,800 for October-May. This is for a three-day package. The day before for setup, decorating and the rehearsal, the day of, and the day after for cleanup.

Haus 820 is a historic architectural building, featuring wall-to-wall whitewashed brick walls, large warehouse windows and black industrial finishes; a perfect balance of vintage and modern. Originally built in 1924, our Haus was formerly an A&P grocery store. The refurbished 7,500 square foot space has a white interior full of natural light. With 22-foot open rafter ceilings, charcoal-stained and sealed cement floors, and an expansive footprint that will seat up to 500 seated guests, Haus 820 is a fully renovated historic warehouse and the premier event venue in Central Florida.

ManaTiki Event Venue is located in historic downtown Bradenton with a large Tiki covered outdoor courtyard next to our indoor Banquet Hall. Great for weddings, events, meetings, conferences and more! Each space can be configured to meet your needs. Includes 3 small rooms with large mirrors, couches and hair/makeup studio/dressing room. Each of the spaces are about 2,000 sqr ft which can be rented individually or combined.

At our Maman Wynwood location, you’ll be transported into a lush, greenhouse garden featuring our beautiful indoor trees. Maman Wynwood is ideal for organizing your micro-events, where your guests can enjoy a beautiful meal in our south of France provincial decored dining area, with seating for up to 45 guests and standing space for 80 guests.

Provident Doral at The Blue, offers a very unique and private setting where spacious suites are spread out in 15 separate buildings. Unlike other more traditional hotels, our property sits in 17 acres of land that affords you the luxury of space, being away from crowds in elevators, lobby or gatherings of people. The hotel is located across from Downtown Doral, 6 miles from Miami International Airport and 3 miles from Famous Dolphin and International Mall. Our Larger Event Space is located on the main building, Club House-second floor.
