Most people check in on Thursday or Friday and check out on Sunday or Monday, making it a relaxing wedding weekend. Our beautiful 2 story lakeside lodge was built in 1925. The Italian inspired architecture and stunning views have made it a popular vacation spot for the elite and famous in the past. Now an exclusive hire venue, it has been tastefully renovated to complement the original cypress ceilings, grand staircases, and period chandeliers throughout. With an indoor capacity of 150 guests in the ballroom, or outdoor capacity of 200 guests either in the courtyard or on the lawn overlooking Lake Pierce , Bella Cosa is the perfect space to cater to all your requirements. We have one, or two-day venue rental packages available, with optional on-site accommodation in our 11 guest suites for up to 30-32 people. Not to mention a dedicated “getting ready room” providing the perfect space to prepare for your big day.

Dream Bay Resort is a family-owned waterfront vacation rental property and wedding venue in the heart of Key Largo, FL, right on the Gulf of Mexico, with spectacular sunset views! We offer a full buyout of our beautiful 2.5 acre property, so that you and your guests can have it all to yourselves! There are 3 beach areas, swaying palm trees, gorgeous banyan trees, tiki huts, lush greenery, and a laid back, "boho" tropical island vibe! To make things easy for our couples, we also include, tables, chairs, bistro lighting, set up/breakdown, and arbor/arch. An onsite caterer is also available, although you're free to choose your own vendors and bring in your own alcohol. We sleep 36 guests on site, and there are nearby hotels and motels to accommodate all additional wedding guests.
