The facility is a “barn style” building that sits a quarter mile off the road, consisting of 160 acres of gorgeous hay meadows and cattle pastures. Majestic scenery permits guests picture-perfect back drops. Our 5,000 sq. ft. barn is perfect for catering large events. Whereas, capacity is fitting for smaller functions too. Rick’s Place offers an ultimate balance between rustic and class, while providing opportunities to host indoor/outdoor events. If the weather is ideal, then we highly suggest you open up our three glass garage doors connecting to a spacious fully covered back porch. The setting is simply breath taking. Located in Coweta just on the edge of Broken Arrow, this lovely country setting is the precise location for Reunions, Private Parties, Weddings, Receptions, Bridal and Baby Showers, Anniversaries, and Company Meetings or Retreats.

Our quaint chapel in the woods will surprise and delight all your guests as they walk through the doors and are met with 8 sparkling chandeliers, finished log walls peppered with massive windows, and a baby grand piano. Step outside and stroll down a winding stone path to our reception barn whose wall of french doors lead onto an covered open-air porch overlooking a fully stocked 1/2 acre pond. Next door you'll find a 3,400 sq ft Farmhouse able to host overnight guests, rehearsal dinners, and includes dressing and lounge areas created with the bride and groom in mind! The Farmhouse also has a spacious prep kitchen any caterer will love. Also on the property is a luxuriously finished Lodge able to accommodate even more overnight guests! Our lodge features a saltwater pool and 5 person hot-tub overlooking that beautiful 1/2 acre pond! All of the buildings on the T-Rise Ranch are fully air conditioned and heated.

The Dresser Mansion is a historic venue for weddings, parties and events. We can accommodate a party of 5 to 225 guests. We still hold the Dresser Mansion to the standard that Mrs. Dresser built the estate to as a beautiful and welcoming home to host any event from a small family gathering to a large gala.
