    Worth Every Bit!

    The Ave was the perfect choice for our event. The space is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. Everything ran smoothly, and the team made the process easy from start to finish. Our guests were impressed, and I’m really glad we chose this venue. Highly recommend.

    Grand Reception at The Ave

    I attended a grand reception at The Ave. The space has a historic and modern feel!! We all loved the atmosphere, and it was probably one of the best receptions I’ve ever attended. Highly recommend for anyone planning a special moment!!!

We do not have dedicated on site parking, but we offer ample convenient options nearby, including street parking along surrounding blocks and an open, available parking lot just steps from the venue—making arrival easy for you and your guests.
Yes. The Ave is an accessible, ground-level venue with step free entry. The main event space and restrooms are designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive experience for all attendees.

All payments made to reserve an event at The Ave, including the retainer, are non-refundable. However, payments are transferable to a new date, subject to availability and venue approval. Date transfers must be requested in writing and approved in advance. All terms and conditions outlined in the signed agreement remain applicable.

From the airport, take I-244 West toward Downtown Tulsa Exit near downtown and follow local streets to 724 S Kenosha Avenue Follow posted signage or GPS for the most direct route Approximately 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic The venue is easily accessible via major highways, making travel simple for out-of-town guests.
