Beautiful Venue
The venue was gorgeous, it was a beautiful spring day, and overall our wedding was nearly perfect. Getting photos of us with the sunset over the lake was phenomenal. The gardens were the perfect atmosphere and gave us an incredible backdrop for our wedding. The recommended vendors list the venue provided was a really good resource. The staff were all courteous and knowledgeable, responded quickly to emails and texts. There were just a couple of issues. First, the dishwasher we paid for from the caterer was unable to wash the rental dishware because of a venue policy to not allow any dish rinsing on site. They said it was in our contract, which we read thoroughly. The only mention we could find was "contact venue management about waste disposal." The rental company would have charged us for any dirty dishware, so my father ended up washing all of our dishes and cutlery. We also had some issues with the wedding coordinator, whom we hired through the vendor, with just transparency and communication. We wished she would have been more upfront and communicative in regards to timeline creation and day-of expectations. Again, the wedding was stunning, the staff were all very friendly and open. We has just a couple of problems, but overall it was a great experience.

We booked The Springs in Tulsa for My 50th birthday party and couldn't have asked for a smoother experience from start to finish. The team was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and made us feel supported throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the party, they were there the whole time, ready to help with anything we needed, which gave us so much peace of mind. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and it provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond really made our day special. We'd recommend The Springs to any couple looking for a venue that combines stunning aesthetics with genuine care for their guests.

Best venue ever!
We chose The Springs in Tulsa for our wedding and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. From day one, the team showed how much they cared about making our day special. When I went through something really difficult in November, they were nothing but kind and understanding, which meant the world to us during a hard time. They worked with us on billing and our timeline so everything fit our needs, and they made sure our families had all the support they needed to help us get ready. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and worth every penny. We can't thank The Springs enough for being so focused on us and making our wedding day perfect.

The Perfect Venue
The Springs Event Venue – Tulsa is absolutely beautiful! The lakeside view was breathtaking and created the most magical backdrop for our wedding. We got so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the location was—they all loved it! The staff were so friendly, responsive, and professional, which made the whole planning process smooth. The price is also really great for such a gorgeous venue. I love that The Springs hosts open houses where couples can meet vendors and explore different options. I actually found several of my wonderful vendors there, and they were just as amazing as the venue itself! We’re truly so happy with our experience and would recommend The Springs to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-organized, and welcoming place to celebrate their day.
