We recently toured The Reserve a Grand Venue and were absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment we stepped inside, we could feel the history and character of the building. Once a grand bank, now being thoughtfully and beautifully restored into a breathtaking event space. The team has clearly poured their heart into every decision, and it shows. This isn’t just another event space; it’s a landmark coming back to life in the most spectacular way. We can’t wait to say “I do” at The Reserve. it’s going to be absolutely magical!

Our wedding at Meyer’s Castle in Dyer, Indiana on October 24, 2025 was absolutely perfect, and a huge part of that was thanks to Eva Demoff, our incredible wedding coordinator. I truly cannot sing her praises high enough. From the moment I arrived that morning to the very last minute of the night, Eva was by my side whenever I needed her. I had the bridal suite rented for the day, and she was there first thing to greet me with a smile and then stayed all the way until the end helping us pack everything up. She easily spent 16 hours making sure every detail was handled so my husband and I did not have to stress for a single second. Eva is the perfect mix of fun, kind and refreshingly candid. She told me exactly what to expect throughout the day so there were no surprises, no confusion and zero stress. She kept everything running smoothly without ever feeling overbearing or rushed. One moment that really shows who she is: during our bridal luncheon, we realized I had miscounted the number of sandwiches we needed. Without hesitation, Eva shared her own lunch and gave half to my stepmom. It is such a small but meaningful example of how thoughtful and generous she is. Most banquet halls force your hand when it comes to catering or using their partners, but the Olympia Fields Park District let's you host your event how you would like to. The Odyssey Venue was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! From the very first interaction, their communication was quick, responsive, detailed, and incredibly helpful. They had a detailed plan A and plan B in place to account for potential weather issues, and even asked us to bring in extra decor items a couple days early so they could have everything ready and waiting for our wedding coordinators. Every single staff member, especially Isabella and Kelly, were phenomenal to work with. We actually found this venue just 40 days before our wedding, as our previous venue could not accommodate our increased guest count. We were looking for an urban space that embodied a feeling of east meets west and the Zhou B Art Center was the perfect space for us. The abstract artwork was a lovely backdrop to our ceremony and reception and our pictures are beautiful. We used Spirit and Moongate in the ground floor and were very happy that the space allowed guests to have some quiet space away from the dance floor when they wanted. The team was easy to work with, and we had a great experience overall.

Lacuna Lofts saved the day after our first venue closed. We loved the unique space. The food was amazing—some of our guests said it was the best wedding dinner they've ever had! (The mashed potatoes were a real crowd pleaser.) It ended up raining on our wedding day, so we had to pivot and have our ceremony in Magik Street rather than the skydeck. The space worked perfectly with our flowers, and our guests still got to grab photos on the roof during cocktail hour.

John Kapusciarz, the owner, and the WHOLE staff were marvelous. To my knowledge, nothing went wrong! We had some delays in the ceremony at our other venue that set us back a little bit, but the whole staff rallied and were flexible and helped adjust the flow of the evening. So many of our guests said it was the nicest wedding they had ever been to, and we completely agree! Our experience with The Blackstone was amazing and we would recommend it to anyone considering their wedding here. It was the first venue we toured and it completely set the bar. The ballroom is stunning and we found ourselves comparing every other venue to it. Nothing else compared. Carly was so great to work with throughout the entire process. She kept us organized, answered all of our questions, and made everything feel smooth and stress free. On the wedding day, the team executed everything perfectly. Even with a full room flip between our ceremony and reception in the ballroom, the day flowed and stayed right on schedule. We felt the value was very reasonable for everything included. The food was delicious and the service was incredible. The bridal suite was also a special highlight for us. It was so huge and one of the nicest hotel rooms I have stayed in. Our guests loved their rooms too, and the pricing for our wedding block was great. We had all of our guests stay at The Blackstone and did not need to consider any secondary block elsewhere. If we could do it all over again we would choose the Blackstone every time

The sales team were organized and helpful, the catering staff incredibly friendly and professional, the Adler Ballroom and Rooftop Restaurant Boleo are unique and beautiful settings for the event, the food is delicious, and the entire wedding package is generous. The Kimpton Gray hotel is an beautiful, classic yet modern venue in an excellent location right in the Chicago Loop - the location, accommodations and on-site amenities are unmatched. Definitely take photos in the beautiful LaSalle staircase and Volume 39 cocktail lounge.

Amazing Space@625 was the perfect venue for our traditional Nigerian wedding ceremony. The staff was excellent and very responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself was truly unique and spacious, with plenty of room for our guests to mingle and celebrate. We had a small rehearsal dinner, followed by a big welcome party on the river for over 200 guests from 20 different states. This is a perfect location for people that have never been to Chicago and those that are locals, because the view of the river and the buildings is absolutely stunning. They have the biggest covered outdoor patio in the city, and it was a perfect setting for our guests. From the dinner food to the appetizers and cocktails, every single detail was excellent. We couldn't believe how kind the staff was, from the person that we first interacted with to every bartender. Everything about our wedding at Hotel Allegro was perfect. We received so many compliments from our guests that it was the best wedding they've ever been to. The Walnut Ballroom was transformed into such a stunning space for our ceremony and reception. With the L running in the background, it felt quintessential Chicago. We also loved the cocktail hour in the Savoy Room. Working with the team at Hotel Allegro was a dream, too. They were extremely communicative and quick to respond. The Builders BLDG was our perfect wedding venue! Chicago is home to both me and my husband and we knew we wanted our wedding day reflect a classic Chicago wedding, and the builders BLDG was just that. The venue space is ornate and the tall atrium and grand staircase provide the perfect wow factor. It’s in the heart of the city located right off the river, and is so close to many hotel options and photo locations. The food was definitely a highlight. We received so many compliments on our food and months later we still hear compliments, particularly the filet mignon. The team was easy to work with and answered all my questions timely and were supportive during the entire process. Me and husband loved our wedding day and have to thank the Builders BLDG for being such a crucial part in our day.

I used AVEC for my daughter pre-wedding event for the family and close friends of the bride and husband. The staff at AVEC really made it a life time memorable experience to last for everyone. As for the reception, the appetizers/ hors-d’oeuvre was excellent. The open bar and the wine selection made a difference for those who attended. For the friends of my daughters, AVEC was one of the restaurant that they envied to dine at and the second floor atmosphere made it a unique experience. As for the sit down dinner for the family, it become a highlight for both family history. The wine selection for dinner was memorable and was an experience which cannot be replicated. The food was excellent and the how the family style serving provided an atmosphere for everyone closer and to become “one family”. In my mind , this was one of the top experience I have had including my time as working and living as a top executive in the Chicago area in the past 20 years. I have organized and attended dinner events for business but this experience at AVEC was the one I enjoyed the most and is ranked as my number one. I have to say that all dining experience, the staff at AVEC served us and others with a kind, friendly, and proactive way which led making the whole dining experience one that can not match by other restaurants in Chicago or anywhere around the world. As a Japanese we are used to high quality personalized services but AVEC in the West Loop is in our mind belongs in the top league worldwide. I recommend AVEC with the highest level and without any hesitation if you are seeking a life time experience to be remembered for generations.

I had an EXCELLENT experience with City Cruises for my August wedding reception / brunch cruise. The sales manager, Serena, event coordinator, Andria, and all the service staff were wonderful. I had dozens of questions running up to the wedding about optimizing my budget and incorporating all kinds of guest preferences—Andria and Serena were so patient. In the actual day of, food was good, drinks were good, DJ was fabulous and incorporated French, English, and Spanish songs requests for my guests. I loved this choice for reception venue and would do it again in a heartbeat.
