“We had the absolute pleasure of having Star Valley Foods cater our 20th wedding anniversary celebration, and to say they exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The food was not only superb in taste but also presented so beautifully that our guests have not stopped talking about the dishes, the attention to detail, and the way every plate felt like an experience itself. They took time to understand our vision and executed it with perfection.
The night began with appetizers that included lemon-poached shrimp that were perfectly tender, light, and bursting with citrusy flavor. The stuffed mushrooms with pecorino and panko gave them a savory crunch that made them addictive, and the charcuterie skewers were colorful, delicious, and creative. But it didn't stop there. The Italian focus of the menu was nothing short of spectacular. The meatballs were unforgettable and seasoned in a way that had even the Italians in the room nodding with approval. Several guests commented that they were the best meatballs they'd ever tasted. The rigatoni with Bolognese sauce was rich, hearty and layered with authentic flavor, and the chicken cutlets with lemon and Parmesan were both stars of the evening-- so delicious that guests were going back for seconds (and thirds). To finish the night, dessert was a sweet surprise of tiramisu with whipped mascarpone and aginetti sprinkle cookies.
