Wedding cakes can range from $3–$15 per serving . Tiered cakes are more expensive than sheet cake styled cakes.

How should we cut our wedding cake?

Traditionally, you’d do a ceremonial cutting first, often holding hands on the knife. The caterer then takes the cake away and cuts it into slices to distribute to guests. If you’re slicing it up yourselves, take apart the tiers and cut them into small rectangles. Remember to wrap and freeze the top layer for your anniversary!

How should we transport our wedding cake?

Very carefully! Ideally, your cake will be delivered by your bakery, which should have plenty of experience transporting cakes. You can also purchase special boxes made to protect the tiers.

When should we order our wedding cake?

Set up tastings (the fun part!) around 7 months out. Once you’ve decided, place your order.

We did a 2 tier marble cake which was amazing, the groom's cake was a Georgia themed Football which was 1 part carrot cake and 1 part red velvet which left us speechless, and the absolute show stopper was the banana pudding cupcakes! Oh my gravy these were the talk of the night! All the cakes were so moist and rich but also decadent and tasted like happiness lol! In regards to Portia herself, I would have to say she is a pleasure to work with! I had at least 3,475 questions throughout the process and she was so patient and understanding and on time!! Caketini Bar. Co by Jayna & Joey offers a unique, fun, one of a kind cake experience for you and your guests. You choose 4 cake flavors, fillings, frostings, and toppings. We create a custom menu to place on the cake bar that we bring to your event. Each guest then comes up and tells us their favorite combination, we make it and serve it to them in a cute martini glass and off they go to enjoy their very own Caketini Creation. However we do offer a 2 tier cake for the traditional cutting and photos in addition to our Caketini Bar. Let your guests choose the cake they love! Not what's chosen for them!

“Caketini Bar Co. by Jayna & Joey was one of the most unforgettable parts of our wedding! The cake itself was absolutely incredible—moist, flavorful, and beautifully presented—but what truly made the experience magical was how unique and interactive it was. We had two full Caketini Bars at our wedding, with eight options in each category—flavors, fillings, frostings, and toppings. Guests were raving all night about how fun it was to build their own custom cake creations in adorable martini glasses. It added such a joyful, personalized touch to the celebration. I also added a mini heart-shaped cake to our order, and it was just as delicious as it was adorable. It looked so cute and felt like the perfect little indulgence just for me. Jayna and Joey were amazing to work with—warm, professional, and so responsive throughout the planning process. They made everything feel effortless and exciting. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any event that needs cake (and honestly, every event should have cake like this!).”

“We hired Cakes by Stephanie for our wedding cake that we planned to cut, along with the sheet cake for our guests and they did not disappointment! Very professional and amazing tasting. They did the exact design of our wedding cake which looked marvelous and tasted amazing too. I loved that they had sugar-free options, so our wedding cake was sugar-free along with a regular sheet cake for guests. Overall, I would definitely come to them again for our cake because both tasted amazing.”
