I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska surrounded by weddings and events. My family owns an event venue there still. I took a detour and played professional golf for a number of years before A. Cakes was born in 2021. It was only fitting that I come full circle and work back in the wedding industry where my heart truly lies. I am in love with the process of learning, practicing and executing new and fun techniques on my clients’ cakes. More than that, creating a cake for someone’s special day gives me the most warm feeling. It’s truly why I do what I do.

I have extremely high expectations of myself and work towards perfection. I want my cakes to look as close to flawless as I can get them. The result is a wedding cake that is fit for your wedding album as a piece of art. It wows your guests while also tasting amazing!

    Beautiful Cake & Unique Flavors!

    Our cake baker did such an amazing job! The cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted just as incredible as it looked. She offered unique flavor options that were a big hit with our guests. She was also very responsive and so kind throughout the entire process, making everything easy and stress-free. We couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out and would highly recommend her!

    Perfect Elopement Cake!

    Armana made our wedding cake for our elopement and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. I had so much trouble finding someone willing to make a cake for us because it was a very small elopement, only six people, and it was on a Monday. So many bakeries either never called me back or took weeks to respond. One bakery even quoted me 600 for a six-inch cake. Armana was the complete opposite. She responded, was kind and professional, charged a very reasonable price, and was happy to accommodate the flavor requests I had. Our situation was also a little complicated because our flight to Phoenix arrived the same morning we needed to pick up the cake, and we had to drive it to Sedona. We needed the cake to stay refrigerated for the trip, so I shipped Armana a cooler and ice packs ahead of time. When we arrived, she had everything perfectly packed and ready to go for us. She truly went above and beyond to make this work for us, and I’m so grateful. The cake was beautiful, delicious, and such a special part of our day. I would absolutely recommend Armana to anyone looking for someone talented, reliable, and genuinely helpful.

    Incredible Baker & Cake Designer

    It is always a true pleasure working with Armana from A. Cakes Bakery for weddings and events. Armana is creative, detailed, professional, and incredibly accurate in design plans and execution. Her tastings are also thoughtfully led with her expertise for our clients. Lastly, her cakes and fillings are always fresh and all made by her. You can genuinely tell the difference in the quality of the cakes!
