Bomb Confections creates handcrafted, cocktail-inspired chocolates and elevated sweets for weddings and events. From boozy bonbons and bourbon favorites to custom favors and dessert displays, everything is made in small batches in Mesa, Arizona, with a focus on bold flavors, beautiful presentation and a little personality.

Wedding chocolate doesn’t have to be predictable. Bomb Confections brings cocktail-inspired flavors like bourbon, Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini and Piña Colada to the dessert table, along with handcrafted favors and sweets designed for couples who want something memorable, elevated and a little unexpected.

    Engagement Party Goodies

    We had Bomb confections at our engagement party and not only were they delicious, but she came and had the cutest setup with at least 5 different flavors to suit all tastebuds. We had at least 150 pieces set out and to say they were demolished is an understatement! Plus she was so responsive and a delight to work with! Would use again in the future for other events!

    The BOMB for sure.

    These are my go to for gifts and for when I am trying to get a fix. The chocolates are top notch and the flavors are amazing. You need to try them all.

Absolutely! Bomb Confections ships nationwide. During warmer weather, orders are packed with insulated materials and reusable ice packs when needed to help your chocolates arrive safely. For weddings and events, I can also coordinate shipping so your order arrives close to your event date.
Some do and some don't. Many of my cocktail-inspired bonbons contain a small amount of alcohol as part of the flavor, while others are alcohol-free. I'm happy to help you choose an assortment that works best for your guests.
Yes! Individual favors can be created with one or more chocolates, from simple packaged treats to elevated 4-piece bonbon boxes. Favor packaging and flavors can be customized to complement your wedding or event.
Most likely! I love creating flavors inspired by favorite cocktails. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll let you know what's possible. Custom flavors require additional development time, so the earlier we start, the better.
Absolutely. You can choose from available Bomb Confections flavors to create an assortment that fits your celebration. If you're looking for something more custom, just ask — I love helping couples create a chocolate lineup that feels like them.
Package pricing does not include delivery or shipping. Local pickup is available in Mesa, and shipping can be arranged for weddings and events. Delivery may also be available depending on the event location and order size—just ask!
Tastings are not included in package pricing, but I'm happy to arrange samples so you can explore flavors before making your final selections. Contact me and we'll figure out the best option for your wedding.
