The property was a working farm from the early 1800’s until the 1980’s but today it consists of a restored Victorian farmhouse and barn, honeymoon cottage, various outbuildings, and breathtaking ceremony spaces. Magnolia Spring Farm is a historic 80-acre family-owned flower farm. Onsite there is its namesake fresh-flowing spring along with hilltop pastures, flower fields and wooded coves. An industrial space, the farm is a blank slate to work with so that your wedding vision can come to life. Seat up to 175 guests inside the barn across the two levels. Or host your event on the outdoor patio, under the Sycamore tree with a gorgeous fireplace view. Renovated restrooms and a catering prep kitchen are located inside on the lower level. The historic farmhouse is also included in your rental- the main house is 4br/2bth (clawfoot tub!) and includes a makeup bar room, hairstyling room and full kitchen.
