Alex Lardie received his B.M. degrees in Music Education and Saxophone Performance from the University of Idaho in 2020 and was a regular performer and award-winner at the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival. Throughout his performing career, Alex has performed with many jazz artists including Bruce Forman, Carl Saunders, Scott Whitfield, Dominick Farinacci, Marcus Printup, and the New York Voices. Alex has experience performing with Carnival Cruise Lines, composing, and teaching music in public schools. He is an active musician on the Palouse, has released a self-written album titled Peach Waltz, and has recorded funk fusion with No Soap, Radio.

Artiva Strings is a string quartet based in Utah Valley, known for bringing elegance and energy to weddings, private events, and special occasions across the state! Formed in 2020, our quartet has played at countless venues throughout the valley.
