“Poppy Flowers was a great choice for our wedding flowers because they worked well trying to fit our budget and gave us flexibility with our flowers. Their communication was primarily virtual which was challenging at times. Outside of our first Zoom meeting, we had to communicate using their platform which could have been more efficient. Outside of the Poppy Flowers platform, our florist Dara Cordova did an amazing job. The quality of her work was excellent - she matched our vision for the flowers perfectly. The bouquets they created were absolutely stunning, encompassing all the flower profiles and colors we had discussed. Our guests had many compliments on how beautiful the flowers looked and how well they fit the overall style and aesthetic of our wedding day. Our only hiccup was when we were told we could flip our flowers from our wedding ceremony to reception area (we had different locations) but two weeks prior, we were told that they would not transport flowers from our ceremony to reception so we had to cut down and have our planner relocate the flowers for us. We wish communication would have been more clear. It was an added stress so close to the wedding. Overall. Poppy Flowers provided great value and delivered well-executed floral arrangements that truly brought our wedding vision to life on a budget.”

“Working with Jen for our October 2025 wedding was AMAZING!! From the moment we sent in an online inquiry, Jen was attentive, responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly detail oriented. She got us set up with a project planning doc immediately, and she was SO patient with us even when we were annoyingly indecisive about our vision lol. She met with us via Zoom to answer all of our questions when we were struggling to finish the document (and she is just as thorough and helpful via Zoom as she is via email). Once we placed our final order, Jen was communicative and thorough about the process of what happened next in terms of pickup, payment, etc. When we picked up our flowers, we were ASTOUNDED by how beautiful they were. I mean, we knew they would be beautiful, but truly, WOW. Aside from bouquets & boutonnieres, we also got garlands to use as centerpieces for our guests’ farmhouse tables, as well as small wooden circle magnets with a flower on top (we wood burned the j c into them ourselves) to use as favors. And they all looked incredible. An employee at our venue said that our decor was “the best she’s ever seen this place look,” and a large part of our decor was these flowers. I cannot recommend Jen and Wood and Word Blooms ENOUGH!!! PS bouquet photo is from today (1/5/26)!! The longevity is insane!”

In addition, working with Gloria and Tami was the easiest and they were the most communicative of all the vendors for my wedding. I booked my florist well over a year ahead of the big date, and in that time, we had multiple hour long planning calls and Gloria also would check in periodically via email to see if I needed anything. So amazing! In addition, BB was super forthright about cost and helping to make your floral budget work for you. It doesn't matter that I didn't have a huge floral budget, the service was just as exceptional. Come wedding day, when I tell you that I was OBSESSED with my wedding flowers, I would not be exaggerating! They turned out so beautifully and 100% what I envisioned for my big day. Blooming Bride also did delivery/set up on the wedding day and that was executed perfectly as well. So so happy that we booked with Gloria and Tami and that I didn't have to stress at all!!”

Woodsy Floral started by accident believe it or not. Flowers have always been a part of my husband and I’s marriage. Every Friday or every other Friday my husband, Lonnie would go get fresh stems from the floral shop down the road from our house. With crazy looks he grabbed them. This turned into me making arrangements for our events. When some of our friends saw these floral arrangements, they asked if we could make more for their events. We had one friend that owns a wedding venue, she brought up becoming a vendor for her brides. “The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

As the wedding got closer, she checked in multiple times to verify details, and even helped me with the floorplan and non-floral related details when my coordinator was not coming through. On the wedding day, the florals were beautiful. Exactly what I wanted, and I had asked for a less than easy bouquet. Ashlinn was also extremely organized, and worked around the choas as my family worked on all of the last minutes items. “Autumn was super easy to work with, and incredibly helpful! I reached out initially and received a very prompt response. She had great ideas to help me with budget. TBH, I was thinking I would DIY before reaching out to her and a couple other vendors. Her proposal was great, we tweaked it and it came together perfectly! On our day, my bridal bouquet was exquisite! The flowers were stunning!!!! We also had a small bouquet for my step daughter, boutonnières, a low lush sweetheart table with extras, compotes and bud vases for the reception tables, and cake flowers for the tiered cake. I am probably forgetting other details… She did set up and tear down. And also noteworthy, we had a couple of surprise venue requirements that were not clear to me in advance, and she handled those like a champ!”
