I grew up surrounded by great food, learning and falling in love with it. I knew I wanted to work in food but wanted more than pizza shops. I attended Le Cordon Bleu in Pittsburgh, completing a 1-yr intensive French culinary program. I worked at a 5-star resort (Nemacolin), Hershey Hotel, Bricco (Upscale Mediterranean), The Left Bank, and Country Club of York. I have 15 years of experience in both banquet and à la carté service.
