They were always so helpful, responsive, and attentive, and made us feel like we were in good hands throughout the entire process. On the day of our wedding, the staff went above and beyond to help everything run smoothly. They were also incredibly helpful with our outside vendors, which made such a difference. Everyone was willing to jump in and help wherever they could, and it took a lot of stress off of us so we could actually enjoy our day. The kitchen did an incredible job with our meal. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious, and we had so many guests compliment the food throughout the night. Our bartenders were also amazing! They kept up with everyone all night, kept the drinks coming, and were so friendly and attentive. They made some really great drinks and did such a great job keeping everything moving. “Our February 2025 wedding at The Pitcher Inn was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, the entire experience felt effortless, warm, and deeply personal. Jim truly led the service team with exceptional care and professionalism. He made sure every detail ran seamlessly—not just on the wedding day, but throughout our entire two-night stay afterward. Anything we needed was anticipated before we even had to ask, which made the whole experience feel incredibly thoughtful and calm. Sergiu, Shanay, and Jannielle deserve special recognition for keeping the energy light, fun, and engaging. Our guests absolutely loved connecting with them—it felt less like “staff” and more like friends who were genuinely excited to be part of the celebration. Their presence elevated the entire evening. The food was a 12/10. Not a single dish was sent back, which says everything. Chef Jacob and the kitchen team (Marine, Arra, Cem, Ervin, and Stella) went above and beyond, even accommodating a gluten-free request for just one guest with care and attention that never felt like an afterthought. And the cake—crafted by head baker Jordan—was truly breathtaking. It looked like something straight out of Vogue and tasted just as incredible. Our ceremony was very small and intimate at the courthouse up the road, and our cocktail-style celebration at The Pitcher was intentionally simple. But doing “simple” well requires an immense amount of planning—and thanks to Caitlin leading the way, I didn’t stress once. She took everything off my plate, made decisions easy, and even stepped in to make choices for me when needed. Her calm confidence allowed me to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We already can’t wait to do a vow renewal someday—just so we have an excuse to plan another party at The Pitcher Inn. This place, and the people who make it what it is, will forever hold a special place in our hearts.”

“Sugarbush is a beautiful venue with mountain views and space to accommodate all your wedding events. We kicked off the weekend with a golf outing at Sugarbush Resort Golf Club followed by our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks at Castlerock Pub. Our ceremony was at the bottom of the mountain, but we were able to do our first look and couple photos at the top. Emma and the entire Sugarbush team was amazing! From the attention to detail our wedding coordinator helped with to the timeline and overall service, we were extremely impressed with the weekend. It was so special having all our family and friends stay at Clay Brook Hotel, which made all the wedding events easy for guests to get to. The hotel was spacious and the staff was welcoming and accommodating to our guests needs. Our wedding weekend was better than we could have ever imagined!”

“Oh, where does one start when recommending them?! As a photographer, staff communication is so important when it comes to timelines, locations on the property, etc.. Everyone I came in contact was so helpful, kind, and genuinely happy to be there. I was informed on the timeline multiple times throughout the day, and could always find someone when a question arose. Something huge that seems small was dinner. Myself along with the other vendors were fed promptly (the best meal I’ve ever had at a wedding too), with a space to set our belongings, which allowed us to get right back to work and not miss a thing! It’s so important that vendors are fed quickly so we aren’t scrambling to get back out there. As a natural light photographer, the Inn was a dream. Beautiful fencing, giant trees for shade, two buildings to work with, there was no shortage of “locations” when it came to the portraits. Between, the staff, location, and professionalism I easily give them a 10/10, and hope to be back for future weddings!”

“Planning our microwedding at the Tillerman was such a lovely and low-stress experience, and our wedding day could not have been more perfect. We were able to customize our day to be uniquely ours, without being overwhelmed with choices or having to book extra vendors. The Barn at the Tillerman is such a beautiful venue for a reception, the fire pit was a huge hit with our guests, and it was so nice to walk back to our room in the inn, exhausted, and fall into the most comfortable bed with lovely linens. We left the menu and dessert menus completely up to the Tillerman and were blown away by the quality and quantity of fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented food. We customized our bar offerings, decided on a long family style table set-up, and left the rest up to the Tillerman. Kenzie was amazing, supportive and prompt in every way, and was how we knew a microwedding at the Tillerman was right for us. We envisioned a romantic and whimsical day of celebration with our closest friends and family and the Tillerman delivered, keeping the entire experience stress free and for a very reasonable cost. Thank you so much to Kenzie, Kate and Jason, Kelsey, and the entire staff at the Tillerman for giving us the best wedding day.”
