She never tried to steer us toward what a wedding "should" look like—instead, she encouraged us to create a day that felt authentic to us, even when our choices were a little unconventional. She also somehow managed to talk me through every single one of my little wedding planning menty b's. Whether I was spiraling over tiny details or showing up with what felt like completely unhinged ideas or last-minute thoughts, she never made me feel like I was being ridiculous. She listened, reassured me, and somehow always found a way to make me feel calm and confident again. Having someone who could balance professionalism with that level of kindness and patience made all the difference. The greatest gift Steph gave us was our wedding day. I can honestly say I have no idea if anything went wrong, because if it did, we never knew about it. My husband and I were able to be fully present with each other and soak in every moment. We never left each other's side, and at one point we even snuck away during the reception for a little nap because we were feeling overstimulated. Instead of worrying about timelines, logistics, or putting out fires, we got to experience the day exactly as we had hoped: together. “Courtney was truly a heaven sent for my husband and I when planning our Nashville destination wedding and rehearsal dinner! We booked Courtney about 9-10 months out from our wedding for her full planning package as well as planning for our rehearsal dinner and it was the best decision we have ever made. She was helpful literally all the way through the planning process. From vendor recommendations, to sending mock ups, to her design skills, everything was truly seamless. I was originally so nervous being so far away from where the wedding was, but the in depth and timely communication that Courtney gave us eased my nerves so much. I could not recommend Courtney and her services enough. She is so highly connected in the Nashville area and provided excellent vendor suggestions, we booked literally everything through her and I would not have changed a single thing. Her design skills are seriously top notch, I had somewhat of a vision, but Courtney truly made it come to life and beyond my wildest dreams. Once I saw what she was capable of, I just handed her the reigns and let her creativity fly. It was her idea to do some real fruit centerpieces during our cocktail hour and they turned out so so beautiful. She went above and beyond for us in so many ways and I could not be more grateful!!”

“Lesley was with me every step of the way while I planned my perfect wedding. If I ever had a question whether it was 8 months out or 3 weeks out she messaged me right away to resolve my worries and any questions. Communication is super important to me and she hit every mark, I never had to worry. I had a lot of diy decor or decorations that needed to be placed for many big day. When I brought this up to Lesley she assured me she would be able to handle it. Even when I asked her to tie bows on chairs something that I can’t even do. So on my wedding day when I got the first look at all of my beautiful decorations laid out exactly how I envisioned it I couldn’t be happier I “interviewed” at least 6, month of coordinators before I found Lesley, but after talking to Lesley I knew she was the one I wanted to go with. From that first call she was on time, and actively taking notes on my needs. I was also inquiring about maybe using some rentals. After our call she sent me a bunch of rental options of the things I was looking for. Not only did this make me feel heard it also solidified my choice, she was the right coordinator for me. “This review is far overdue but so unbelievably deserved. I will start by saying that my husband and I got married in March of 2025. Engaged in September of 2021. We always wanted to have a wedding but having had a baby in 2023, the amount of planning and money that went into it all just kept making us push things back. There was a time where we weren’t sure if we would ever actually have the wedding we dreamed of or if we would just book an appointment at the courthouse and call it a day. I never even considered hiring a wedding planner, just another added cost, right? WRONG. Cause girl, let me tell you, Bri and Karin are the ONLY reason our dreams of a real wedding turned into a reality. We provided them with a budget and some ideas of what we thought we might like and what they came up with was truly amazing. Options galore and nothing my husband nor I would have ever even thought of. They found us a venue that didn’t break the bank and fit us perfectly. The food was delicious, the decor was beautiful and they made sure everything went to plan, on time as scheduled, the day of. ZERO stress on me or my husband allowing us to truly be present and focus on soaking up everything and everyone on a day that goes by in the blink of an eye. All for less than what we thought we would have to spend! They are sweet, they are creative, they are punctual, they are responsive, they are attentive, they listen, they CARE, their attention to detail is out of this world, they are FUN and it is evident they truly love what they do. The best decision we could have ever made was hiring them to plan our wedding. We are forever grateful for the time, effort and love they poured into our special day.
