“We cannot say enough wonderful things about our caterer! From start to finish, the food was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our wedding day. The Southern comfort food was delicious, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. We received so many compliments from our guests throughout the night. Everything was served beautifully and tasted amazing. Our wedding cakes were phenomenal. We chose blueberry lemon and marble cake, and both were huge hits. The blueberry lemon cake was light, fresh, and full of flavor, while the marble cake was rich, moist, and absolutely delicious. We honestly couldn't have picked better flavors. The dessert bar was another crowd favorite, offering something for everyone. There was such a great variety of treats that guests kept going back for more. Despite everyone enjoying themselves, we still had plenty of leftovers, which was a wonderful surprise and allowed us to enjoy more after the wedding as well! Beyond the food itself, the team was professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with. They helped make our day stress-free and ensured everything ran smoothly. From the first conversation all the way through the end of the event, everything was handled with so much professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Planning an event can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to make sure the food, setup, timing, and overall experience come together the way you imagined. The team at Maison D made the entire process feel so much easier. They listened to what we wanted, communicated with us throughout the process, and were very accommodating when it came to the little details that mattered to us. The food was honestly one of the highlights of the event. Everything tasted fresh, was seasoned really well, and the presentation was beautiful. Our guests kept talking about how good the food was, and several people even asked who catered the event. “Manis & Co. absolutely exceeded our expectations at my daughter’s wedding reception and played a huge role in making the day such a success. One of our biggest concerns when planning the reception was ensuring that guests with food allergies would have safe and delicious meal options. Manis & Co. handled this flawlessly. Our guests with dietary restrictions were able to enjoy both the appetizers and dinner with confidence, which meant so much to our family. The food presentation was inviting and reflected the same level of care and attention to detail that went into the menu itself. The staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire event, ensuring that guests felt well taken care of from start to finish. During our final planning meeting about 30 days before the wedding, Kristen confidently told us that they had never run out of food. We joked that our guest list might put that claim to the test! Our venue did not have a kitchen, making a buffet our only option, and we initially had concerns about how it would compare to a plated meal. Manis & Co. completely changed our perspective.
